Best Greggs in the country.
The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to always provide excellent customer service and quality products. I’m never disappointed with the service or products from here.
The staff are very accommodating if you have allergies which is excellent - even if they’re busy they will meet you’re dietary requirements. The shelves are always well stocked even though they are very busy (likely due to them being so good!)

Very small shop but some nice food , had a vanilla latte which was very good , I like the new Mexican vegan chicken free bake ( not sure why it mentions chicken if it doesn't contain it tho)
They are always busy (a good sign) but the queue moves quickly. The staff are quick and friendly. There are only 4 x 2 person tables inside and 2 outside so it's not a place to sit for long.
Good selection of cakes, sandwiches and warm snacks on offer. Hot and cold drinks.
Greggs is the best place to come down to for a quick bite for lunch. I have been a returning customer of Greggs in Shipley for a couple years now and it has not disappointed me yet.
I receive great customer service and find the food to be perfect in both portion size and presentation. Would love to return to Greggs for more wonderful experiences like these.
I like the food there and the staff are always friendly but sometimes they don't open at 6:30
Easy location good for quick bite to eat
Love getting our coffees and pastries from here on a morning...even if there is a wait due to staff shortages and a little thing like a global pandemic!.
Not one member of staff is grumpy, they always have a smile on their faces and we always have a good morning laugh which sets us up for the day, we wouldn't be able to function without our lattes and pain au chocolats. Fantastic store 10 stars.

Visited today to grab one of the new vegan sausage rolls. Got my paws on two. Really nice rolls, my only criticism is that they could have done with one more staff member to cope with the traffic in and out of the shop. The shop was clean and well presented with plenty of choice.
I bought my favourite as usual potato wedges with sweet chilli sauce it was delicious.
I'm not a big fan of Gregg's but they do sell a nice coffee, I've never eaten here so cannot comment on the food , as for the staff very friendly and helpful,it's always nice to be greeted with a big smile,I may try the food on my next visit.
Very quick service with plenty of choice, just ashame people in wheelchairs get there order from the door. Preventing other customers coming in and standing in the freezing cold until they have done. 🤦
Friendly staff with a superb attitude towards helping the disabled. Can't fault them for everything they do to make sure that I can sit inside comfortably with my wheelchair and managed to get everything I need, whether alone or with my carer.
