Last minute decision to stop here for some food after a long day at Yorkshire Wildlife park with a hungry 6 & 3yr old! On entering a lovely young lady was cleaning the tables & directed us to one that had recently been cleaned, she was very friendly & good with the kids getting them a sheet of Pokemon cards to play a game with while they were waiting for their food 😊
In some of the McDonald’s we've visited the staff have not been anywhere close to how helpful & friendly she was & it can make all the difference to us returning & my daughter & Grandson LOVE McDonald’s on a weekend! The only downside were some very loud customers in at the same time as us & as my daughter has very sensitive hearing due to being autistic this was quite distressing for her, luckily they didn't stay as long as us 😊
Nothing to write home about. Food was the best bit about it. It was average and did the job. Stopped off before catching the train

After visiting other McDonald's in the area and seeing the reviews of this one I have to say I was pleasantly surprised . Service was quick the food was lovely.Tray included everything except a straw which Caroline was super helpful to get for us and we saw her with nothing but a smile on her face. I would not go to any other McDonald's in this area as this one is simply the best.
This is a place I take a chap who's in care, he loves to come out and this is a place I fetch him, its a nice atmosphere staff are very welcoming and helpful
The spicy chicken bun is fantastic and this seemed freshly made so delicious
Great branch. Food came out piping hot which is very rare
No problems with food and service here, probably the most efficient McDonald's I've been too. Children's happy meal only had 3 nuggets, so I had to get that replaced, my daughter was happy as she ended up with 7 chicken nuggets. 🍔🍟🥤
Used the drive through on a busy Saturday.
I can imagine customer service is a particularly demanding job on such days. The staff at this branch were so friendly and polite, in particular a staff member called Alyx.
Food was well prepared and the friendly service was very appreciated and noticed.

I've got to say this must be the first McDonald's I've been too that actually got my food to the table piping hot thumbs up to that.
The restaurant looked clean and tidy.
Before leaving I used the toilets which I wasn't too happy with that wasn't very clean think they could do with being checked a little other then that everything else was good.
This is what I expect from a McDonalds. Miles better than the Keighley one.
Most of the staff I've encountered are super friendly. I've never encountered any rude staff. Drive-thru queues can get pretty lengthy during peak times, sometimes leading out onto the main road! Occasionally, they'll ask you to park up and wait for your food, but not as often as the Keighley McDonalds.
My order has only been wrong once or twice, in the dozens (hundreds?) of times I've visited. Food is generally pretty good. About what you expect from McDonalds. I don't think I've ever had burnt tasting food from here.
