Last minute decision to stop here for some food after a long day at Yorkshire Wildlife park with a hungry 6 & 3yr old! On entering a lovely young lady was cleaning the tables & directed us to one that had recently been cleaned, she was very friendly & good with the kids getting them a sheet of Pokem

After visiting other McDonald's in the area and seeing the reviews of this one I have to say I was pleasantly surprised . Service was quick the food was lovely.Tray included everything except a straw which Caroline was super helpful to get for us and we saw her with nothing but a smile on her face.
This is a place I take a chap who's in care, he loves to come out and this is a place I fetch him, its a nice atmosphere staff are very welcoming and helpful
The spicy chicken bun is fantastic and this seemed freshly made so delicious

No problems with food and service here, probably the most efficient McDonald's I've been too. Children's happy meal only had 3 nuggets, so I had to get that replaced, my daughter was happy as she ended up with 7 chicken nuggets. 🍔🍟🥤

I can imagine customer service is a particularly demanding job on such days. The staff at this branch were so friendly and polite, in particular a staff member called Alyx.
Food was well prepared and the friendly service was very appreciated and noticed.
