Just popped in as not local and was pleasantly surprised. They were dog friendly, ie: on a lead, perfect for us. Very warm and friendly welcome. Very assertive. Great big beer garden, looks very deceptive from the front. The space outside was akin to that of a Tardis. Lovely lawn, ample seating with tables. The food was served very quick. Piping hot, and immensely delicious. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Well recommended.

Had a reserved table for Sunday Lunch. I opted for the roast beef with a cauliflower cheese side. Everything was cooked perfectly except the potatoes which were a little undercooked. Others in the party had scampi or burgers and enjoyed them. Service was good and the pub had a nice friendly atmosphere.

Good for football and casual drinks. Under cooked chips but overall good vibe.

Popped into this quaint pub for something to eat and we’re not disappointed. The meals were lovely. Staff were polite and friendly and so were the locals. It’s not an up market pub but worth a visit. You can also take in your dogs.

Visited here for the first time. Lovely lunch, good seating area and good service. Much bigger than it looks from the roadside!! Will visit again!!

Deceptive space in the rear beer garden. Great to go as a group and to watch the football. Didn't have any food.
