Had a superb meal this evening to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Made to feel very welcome and very special. Can't rate the staff highly enough and the pulled pork pie was delish. Thanks ladies and gents!

Found this pub en-route whilst walking the circular river walk around Barrington and Shepreth today (Wednesday) at lunch time. Popped in for a quick pint and sandwich, once we had confirmed that our dogs were allowed in....ended up going for the Sausage & Mash with a pint of Guinness. Good choice as it was delicious, however the sandwiches being delivered to the neighbouring table looked fantastic! It was fairly busy so made for a good atmosphere and friendly staff delivered our food promptly. In all a great find for this walk - No doubt we'll be stopping by again soon!

We had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Plough today, we were there with our toddler and baby and the restaurant was very family friendly. The food was delicious and the sticky toffee pudding was the 'icing on the cake'.

Great damn pub with live music and an amazing selection of beers. Friendly staff and family friendly atmosphere. My favourite spot now. So glad it's open again. Same great owner too. Bar inside was really busy but punters were respectful. No cash accepted? Come on! Still gets 5 stars.

Wonderful pub currently on 'soft reopening' weekend-only hours. Perfect pint of ale to be had along with lots of craft beer, cider, wine and non-alcoholic options. Meat Up Cambs are doing the food and we enjoyed a very tasty pork roast on Sunday; have previously enjoyed the Asian-style nut roast. There is a garden, nice when it's sunny, and regular live music. A boho gem in quiet, leafy Shepreth.

Good, friendly pub with live music, attentive staff and a great selection of food. I went on Wednesday evening for the live music and it was 3 bands with good audio and a nice stage space.

Lovely pub, soft drink selection a bit poor but a nice atmosphere when they have music on.

A friendly community pub that has a good selection of Real Ales (pumps on the bar and American style on the wall/ beer menu board). Nice food. The pub is not much to look at from the outside, but they have really made an effort with activities (e.g. board games might) and live music. Dog friendly.

Lovely village pub that we were lucky enough to stumble across. Range of craft beer on tap, excellent wine list, gins and delicious food. Service was brilliant and you can run a tab. Looks like a great venue for live music too. The garden had a nice pairing for the kids. Will definitely be going back next time we are in the area 👍👍👍

Brilliant place. So many positives - live music, large covered outdoor space, foraging chef, and none of it over-done. All just right and relaxed. The food is amazing - I recommend the plaice with foraged accoutrements - very flavoursome and perfectly cooked. All at reasonable prices. Happy and friendly staff. We highly recommend this place and will visit again when back in the area.

Very cool. Just nipped into the pub to pick up some food from a food van. They had a band playing nice music and everyone was really friendly. Sat and had a quick beer while waiting for my food. Definitely going to go back and experience it properly!

Brought a dear friend for lunch here today. The BBQ menu was wonderful. Quality meats and a gorgeous selection of salads. Just what the doctor ordered. The service staff were delightful and the atmosphere relaxed. So lovely to see large parties and smaller family groups enjoying such a lovely venue. We went for a wander round the art exhibition upstairs too. A very pleasant way to spend a Sunday Lunch indeed. Highly recommended.

A lively pub which attracts folk of all ages for its good fayre, ales and ciders, this place can become busy at popular times but it's large rear garden provides extra space in fair weather. A team of friendly, welcoming and, importantly, enthusiastic staff provide good service. Regular events might include beer and music festivals, live musical evenings, various quizzes and craft fairs etc.; in fact, it seems nothing is impossible here. A side carpark is provided off an attractive village lane. Popular with walkers and cyclists as well and there's even a nearby rail station and wildlife park.

Really great vibe here. Top quality food and great service. 15 ciders on the list and I counted 9 ales available. Music supplied on a decent quality sound system from a vinyl turntable. Amazing onion gravy with the pies

Haven't eaten here yet but plan to soon! Have a fantastic cider list and super friendly staff. Always as a bit of buzz and get live music. Only down side is they don't serve food all day which is part of the reason haven't eaten here yet...need to get the timing right
