Ordered a takeaway on a Monday, it came super fast and it was piping hot. The curries , noodles and chips were fresh and delicious... they even threw in some free spring rolls and prawn crackers. Much better than the Chinese takeaway place in the high st! We will definitely order again.
Haven’t had a Chinese take away in years and now want to have it every week. Food was delicious, very flavourful and pipping hot.
haven't seen a more fresh vibrant plate of food, all amazingly cooked, nice and soft, fresh crispy where crispy needs to be crispy and soft where needs to be soft, all tastes amazing, plenty on the plate. LEMON CHICKEN, CRISPY CHILLI BEEF, NASI GOREG, CHICKEN CHOP SUEY AND GOURMET APPETISER FOR 2 STARTER, £40 and easily 4 or 5 meals out of all that, great value and amazing food, 10/10 always been my favourite Chinese take away, food is restaurant quality. p.s, forgot the crispy seaweed !
Best Chinese for miles around, friends who are 5 miles away and use the restaurant recommended The Eastern Pearl to us and we'd never go anywhere else

Ordered a set menu meal over the phone and it was great. They were happy to change things out if we wanted. The food was delivered on time and so good! The closest I've got to authentic Chinese in the UK, not too salty and full of flavour. The particular highlights were sweet and sour pork, satay chicken, lemon chicken and beef with mushrooms. 100% recommend.
Had a fantastic takeaway, we ordered on line for collection and they were just finishing bagging up when we got there, service was great, all the food was excellent, hot and very tasty, would definitely recommend. Can't wait til our next order.
Not sure why the bad reviews, food was really nice and order was correct, beef was tender where other local places I've had from was chewy and tough.
Kung po chicken, salt and pepper chilli and house special fried rice were all lovely with generous portions.
Definitely use them again and I'm a real foody.

I ordered directly in the shop for collection takeaway. Greeting on entry is very, let's say,, efficient. Beef in yellow bean sauce with egg fried rice was tender tasty and freshly cooked. Other recent varieties also good. In my opinion this is slighly above average Chinese takeaway food. Don't let the half lit shop sign outside put you off. 🙂
