Enjoyed the views across the local church, lucky enough to see the bride arrive for a wedding. Decent beer selection, old charm inside.

Went there today, yes we drove through Storm Dennis to get there from Buckingham had a fantastic Sunday lunch there with our grandson, met the new chef, land lady and her sister from Spain so friendly and welcoming and worth every penny, just wished we lived nearer to make it my local. Believe the Thai food side has now gone but check to make sure....

Dog friendly in the bar... the Thai menu was great! Really nice gin and tonics with raspberries. Very hard to park though, have to park down the road in the big car park

Nice beer, friendly service, comfortable chairs and sofas, free and warm chicken legs (very nice touch). Owners' dogs allowed inside. Ok, if you like dogs.

I was just here for drinks in the end. The Gin and Tonic and lager were needed on the very hot day. The pub has a mix of seating types from low sofas to chairs to higher stools. Located near the church in the square makes for a very country feel so close to London. Did not eat here so cannot comment on food.

Delicious dinner in the pergola with my sister, b-i-l and most importantly of all my amazing 93 year old mum.

All the staff worked hard to make our large family group get served as quickly as possible. The food was excellent and more than adequate. The added bonus was the live music that our family enjoyed being part of. A great venue for a special event that you can trust to know what to do and how to do it. Thank you.

Attended a christening after gathering in this little pub and had a lovely time. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would visit again if in the area and try one of the Sunday roasts as they smelt and looked great! #thehappycouple #therextreamlyhappycouple #shepperton #thekingshead

Wonderful food, always cooked fresh. We ate the most amazing Thai and the children had what they described as the best lasagna ever!! Great service and gorgeous bottles of wine. Such friendly service. Highly recommend

First time ever last Sunday for dinner. All I can say is what a wonderful pub. Food was outstanding. I had chicken and my partner had beef and first time he's been asked how he would like he's beef cooked which was great to hear. Friendly staff and cosy place. Can't wait to go back. A little gem to all to try.

Old and atmospheric pub opposite a church near the river. Beer is good and the staff is very friendly. Especially the governess' dog. The kitchen serves Thai food, which was very good.

Great atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly. Usually music on a Sunday afternoon which makes the day go with a swing. Sam the landlady is very welcoming and friendly.
