I always enjoy coming here for some cheesy hits, usually when there is a live band on I make a U-turn but the band on was decent and we stayed, having a great time. I'll give more live music nights a try here now!

Great bar loved it, specially the booths if you get in early enough to sit down, live music came on just before we left which was a shame because he sounded amazing

Brilliant night spent here last night. The best quiz we've ever entered. so much fun and no time between questions and answers for cheating. We were somewhat older than the rest of the clientele, but they were lovely and so friendly. Fantastic pub, great atmosphere. A couple of small complaints

love coming here on wednesday nights, the music is ace and the drinks are reasonably priced with the student discount.

Great student drinks prices (with your student card) and a lively atmosphere with a lot of character! Decent live music on at the weekends and fun bingo/quiz events on during the week. Would recommend everyone visiting at least once :)

The Gunness is fab and just like the atmosphere, has live bands on too.

Great for night out was here on the Thursday and it was absolutely packed.

The Barmaid that was on when we went pulled a lovely pint of Guinness, I was impressed that she took her time to let it settle topped of with a lovely clover thing on top. The perfect way to spend quality time with your wife on a Saturday afternoon.
