Needed to ask where flatbread were and a member of staff stopped what she was doing to take us to the isle they were on, very helpful lady (she was working on the bread counter)

Usual good quality products in a relaxed atmosphere Cafe vould be a little cheaper though.
The Crystal Peaks M&S food Hall is not large, and has only limited selections, but loses nothing in the quality on offer, and doesn't smother you with myriad incarnations of each item.
My son bought me jumper from M&S it was too small. Went to replace it but could not find larger size went to desk assistant Jane Page looked on internet and said they had one in store spent ages looking round then went in store room and then looked round store again, finally found it hidden at the
Always a pleasure in the food hall. Never had a bad bit of produce.... Ever. Just wish I was rich enough to shop there all the time. Top quality food and friendly staff although some seem a bit stand offish at times.
My husband and I go to the cafe every weekend for breakfast and cannot find fault at crystal peaks. Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Lovely quality food. Fast service. Spotless. Highly recommend
