I have revisited this shop after 5 years. I can confirm that they maintain a consistent taste for their handmade noodles. For 10.8 GBP (I add another extra portion of noodles), you can leave with a happy smile and a full stomach. Watching the chef make and bash the noodles on the spot is delightful.
Let's start out with saying that this place was amazing the staff was great, and food utterly delicious. It was probably the best meal we have had so far this trip. Only bad thing is they are cash only. I had to take one star off for being cash only. We got a #2 and #10 both were delicious. The meat was tender the hand pulled noodles perfectly cooked. And the chef made the noodles right there! It was so cool to watch.
Braised beef pulled noodle is simply one of the best noodle bowls you'll find anywhere. Had it multiple times and it's perfect every time.
Great tasting soup noodles in Sheffield! £8.90 for a big bowl of noodles. No.2 is my go to order, handmade noodles (you can watch them make it) with soft and flavourful beef brisket. I also added their chili oil.
Best pulled noodles I have ever had. I have been addicted since I first tried it. Great portions and the staff is just lovely.
No deco, no services but they can serve you one of the best beef noodles from China. 8 pounds something and you get a huge bowl....very well done. Definitely a re-visit.
Best in Sheff! The number 2, beef pull noodle, is the most authentic and delicious broth outside of East Asia. The number 7, spicy sizzling noodles, is veggie and packs the flavour in. It comes with flat noodles which are delicious and these amazing roasted peanuts.
It's no thrills but the food speaks for itself. I would 100% recommend this place to any noodle/broth lover.
Tip : It's cash only and it's a bit like a fish and chip shop with its open times, so you can't always trust Google.
Freshly hand made northern style noodles all the dishes are made on demand, really really lovely soup broth, always lovely to have lots of fresh condiments to choose from and just the like the noodle I had in China they will give you fresh garlic haha, very reasonable priced as lots of students drop in while we were having our quick lunch.
Incredible, went there almost every week for the last six month since their soups are so good. The best dish in my opinion is the braised beef pull noodle (number 2). It is also quite cheap
Great place with delicious food. I love the fact that menu is simple and short. There's no decor in this place which is perfect for eating, nothing that could distract me from eating. Great Chinese noodles. Some ppl in comments suggest that the portion is big, I don't think so, it depends for who. I ordered a noodle soup with extra noodles on top, when I finished it, I ate my partners unfinished noodle soup as well (for her it was too much) i can definitely recommend this place. There's no parking spaces nearby.

This place is a gem of a find! Their style is Lanzhou ramen. This is handmade hand-pulled ramen which the chef does front of house for everyone to see. Amazing atmosphere and cool authentic experience. They have a small menu which shows they have perfected the food they make. I ordered the braised beef noodle and my friend ordered the beef noodle. These are number 2 and 1 on the menu and it is what I recommend you to try. Very authentic to its cuisine and the service is friendly and speedy. They allow you to add some chilli oil to your dish when it is ready too. The restaurant is usually quite busy and has a student vibe. The food is unmatched, the noodles are chewy in a good way and the soup is bursting with flavour. The beef is the perfect combination of meat to fat and everything in the dish complents eachother. They mention they are halal on the outside but I would ask them to double check. The Lanzhou area in China is known for being halal. I highly recommend you try this place out. 10/10 would come again!
Beef noodles tasty, soup matches so well to coriander and spring onion with a fine touch of personalised chilli oil. Hand pulled noodles is great. If they can further make traditional knife carved noodles also from northern China then it would be better than excellent for sure.

Incredible food. Good value considering the quality and size. Enough for two to share. Ordered no.2 braised beef and noodles. Noodles are made in house in front of you and handstretched. Add your own chilli oil to taste. Fantastic on a cold winter's day
Amazing food here! Had a huge bowl of Braised Beef Noodles plenty of noodles in a lovely broth and the beef just melted in your mouth. The chef is continuously hand pulling the noodles from fresh in the background while you eat, great to see. Well worth a visit. Be careful if you're adding a bit of spicy stuff using the ladle on the counter, a little goes a long way 😅
I love this place. The food is always on point. You know a good restaurant because they have a small menu and specialise in something. This place is Noodle Heaven! I like to bring all of the people I cherish most to this place because it is such a fun experience. Everyone has loved it so far. Best of all, their portions are sure to fill you up! So far in Sheffield, this is my favourite spot.
Pro tip:
You can ask for extra stuff and extra beef etc. It may cost, but only £1-2.
Don't be afraid to add more ingredients like spicy red stuff from the hot chilli bowl on your own. When in Rome!

Insanely good noodles, very simple place but it was absolutely delicious, £8.90 but the portion was huge I’ve had to take some home so it’ll last 2 meals worth!
