I think this is probably my 4th visit here so they must be doing something right. We reserved a table outside for food before meeting up with our friends later in the day. Our waitress (sorry can't remember her name but she was from Ontario) was really friendly and helpful and also made a good Bloody Mary. I had the Buffalo Chicken Burger which was superb with just the right amount of kick to it.

We decided to get a medley of starters and mains- what a feast!
The venue is lovely and cosey with a well stocked bar.
The cocktails were ace and made me want to try even more! I had the apple pie cocktail - a bit sweet but I felt as though the bourbon helped! I felt as though the Maneater cocktail was good but would have been even better with a garnish and something to take away the eggyness.
The staff team was lovely and welcoming! The manager was very hospitable and friendly.
The Musakka was ace and plentiful! Felt very homely!
Grilled chicken thigh was succulent and yummy- good portion worth! Really enjoyed the bulgar rice!
The grilled lamb blackstrap was a bit disappointing as I found it quite dry and for the price was not as appealing as the other dishes we ordered.
The Mucver/ courgette fritters was nice. Person preference is that I’d like it to be crispier. Maybe smaller fritters but crispier and lighter? But that is personal preference! The taste was great!
The Shakshouka was very nice and I enjoyed the bread that came with it! The tzatziki was good but I felt as thought it could have been more minty, less dilly, and more flavoursome- yet again personal preference.
Overall, a really lovely place and I look forward to trying other special dishes and the brunch and bottomless brunch in the best future!

Great atmosphere and service with good food.
This restaurant is located in the Kelham Island area, around 10 minutes drive from the city centre.
The first thing I noticed was the lovely vibe and atmosphere the restaurant had, the decor added to the evening meal vibe.
The staff were very, very friendly and accommodating and the waitress gave us notice when our food would arrive. The waiters and waitresses wore face masks which is very appreciated.
The cocktails were pretty good, I quite enjoyed the cocktail I ordered, although I can’t quite remember the name of the drink. The cocktails were £8 each.
The food was good, I quite enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger. There are a selection of free toppings to add, I added: Grilled onions, burger sauce and gherkins. The burger costed £8.95.
The peri-peri french fries were nice, your typical french fries with seasoning. The fries costed £3.95.
Overall, a nice place to have dinner or go on a date with the nice atmosphere, decent food and nice staff. I would probably come back if I was around the area.
Great bar, hidden at the top of Green Lane in Globe Works. I didn't even know it was there until this weekend. I highly recommend a visit. They have a great selection of craft lagers/ales and some old favourites too. The burgers look awesome, although I was only there for the beer on this occasion. The staff were excellent, the interior is cool and there's plenty of outdoor seating. I'll be visiting here again now that I know it exists!
We stumbled across this hidden gem by complete accident and oh boi it was such an incredible find! Incredible grilled dishes and burgers on the menu! Definitely will be coming back!

Amazing service, came in for bottomless with me and my mum, had a burger and the sweetcorn fritters .. absolutely amazing!! An hour and a half bottomless, drinks were constant and servers were super quick and welcoming. Joe the manager and lee were absolutely great checking on us and chatting. Made my mums birthday day out! Bottomless until 8 as well, such a nice touch
Lovely espresso martini, lovely staff, pleasant atmosphere.. quiet enough for a good catch up at 7 30pm on a Friday evening.. what's not to like
The BEST bottomless brunch menu I have ever seen! , also tried the normal menu which the food is to die for. Deffo need to return to try there breakfast menu
Another hidden gem, my husband and I had a lovely experience, manager Joe couldn't do enough to help us and the food was absolutely delicious, cocktails were also delicious and to for £12 before 8pm, will def be returning.
Just been to Saw Grinders Union for a bottomless brunch, I can’t recommend it enough. The whole team were lovely, especially Matt, we felt so welcome and we had the best time, wishing more bars had matt’s personality, thank you.
Won their competition on their Facebook website. Brunch for 4 people. The food was amazing and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Atmosphere and decor was very nice and chilled. Would definitely re-visit.
Went here for a wedding reception. The staff were very helpful and friendly, great selection of drinks and the venue itself is gorgeous
Came for breakfast on a horrid rainy morning, partly because it was really close - wasn't disappointed and would come again very deliberately! Friendly service, nice menu, food was yummy. They lost a star in this review because there was quite a wait for the food even though there weren't many customers but if I'm honest the good food did make up for that a lot.
I really like this place, only been at night before today, we went for pancakes this morning and they were really nice, service was great as usual.

Great coffee and tasty food (sausages from Beeches of Walkley, cakes from 4Eyes patisserie) in a beautiful old industrial building. Very bright and airy, with outdoor seating in the courtyard for sunny days. The bar area has a large selection of beers with 8 guest taps, and a good range of spirits. We'll definitely be back!
