We had our wedding reception here. The food (hot Greek buffet) was delicious, including catering for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free guests. Jane and Robert were very helpful and couldn’t do enough. The staff were polite, both ourselves and our guests had a fantastic time.

The almond tart and macha green tea latte are very good match and so do the taste. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. Highly recommend.

Quality coffee and food. They also serve milkshakes, smoothies, ice cream and snacks. Service is bit slow: it's okay if you're just having a chill walk and want something to eat/drink but not ideal if you want to grab coffee quickly. I miss the indoor seating and service, which was very enjoyable. It's now only outdoor seating, disposable packaging and self service (19/6/2021).

Dropped in here after a wander through the gardens. It is a tea room but the menu including the specials board gives a good and interesting choice. We only had a snack but the coffee and tea was served to our table. I had a scone with jam which was fresh and perfectly acceptable, my partner had a slice of ginger loaf which he declared to be excellent, I had to taste it and had a small piece, it was lovely and moist and absolutely delicious.

It's a tiny cafe but does cake, tea and coffee and bottled beers and spirits and liqueurs. No meals as such that I could see. Very friendly staff who are very busy but considerate to everyone's needs. I've been twice once with an individual in a wheelchair and the disabled toilet was out of action and it was a minor nightmare getting a chair into the men's toilet. But the cafe is in a lovely area that catches the sun but is shaded too.

This is à lovely place for a snack and a cup of tea. Seating inside or outside with a view over the Botanical Gardens. The bacon sandwich is particularly good with excellent quality bacon. Pleasant staff. Don't be in a hurry.

Lovely food, service was very slow though. I felt sorry for the lady serving us. She was the only member of staff, other than the lady doing the cooking. Had a lot of customers, so she was run off her feet. Needs more staff but overall couldn't fault the food.

No dining in when we went, therefore no facilities. Not sure if that's how it usually is. Tea and cake were nice and server was helpful.

Very peaceful. Had a lovely disposable cup of tea in there for the first time ever. You can access the toilets through the tea rooms.

Their cakes are really good. Great after a walk in the garden and with outside seating when the weather is good. But understaffed so service can be slow sometimes.
