Amazing service, we put in a big order for 14 people and it was all given at the same time nice and hot, a very helpful member of staff even helped us carry it to the car!

Got a fillet fish at 3am, one of the freshest tasting ones I’ve had. Was cooked properly and oil was dried off before serving it.
Well I must say the service at this restaurant including the kitchen staff, the dining area lady Heather and the manager Steve. are absolutely fantastic. This is one of the best standards of service McDonald’s. I’ve been to ever!

Personally, I think all of the team deserve some sort of recognition, because one feels it’s necessary.
Went for breakfast Sunday morning. Was not busy, music was calm, and the hash brown and double sausage mcmuffin was of course without compare. Did take rather a long time to arrive, despite being virtually empty, and we found with a drive thru order that they take some time too.
Visit this McDonalds branch on occasion when in South Sheffield.
Easy parking and access. Restaurant is kept pretty clean during daytime. Friendly staff over multiple visits.
Have come for both breakfast and lunch, and both have been up to scratch and on par with good McDonalds restaurants. Decent value too. A good branch within South Sheffield area!
It’s a McDonald’s. Very reliable food that tastes great until 5 minutes later, when eating in the staff are friendly although a bit slow, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want to get everything you’ve asked for as I can’t remember the last time that actually happened.

Decent food but the system of ordering and then waiting when you are inside the restaurant seems strange. I ordered 3 things which really shouldn't take too long to make up and yet people got their order before me even though they ordered after I did and had twice as many items. Its almost like if you're a family or a group, your order is dealt with first rather than a fair first come first served basis.
Food was ok. Got a large meal by mistake so good for me. Place was clean. Service was quick but my name was called out not my order. Not had that before.

Came in late night and Marcus made sire me and my mates were alright, looked after us whilst we ordered and ate our food and even cleaned our table for us. This guy deserves some credit for his customer service.
