A relatively small motorway services. A good choice of food franchises are available, Subway, KFC, Burger king, Starbucks, Chopstix & retailer W H Smith. A game arcade is also inside, Game Zone.There is also a drive thru Starbucks on the farside of the site. Prices are slightly higher than you would pay on the high street. Toilets have just been refurbished. Ample parking.
Thank you Woodall, great rest stop, brilliant that you now allow dogs in to seated area.. Really pleased and it makes our pit stop so much easier and more inclusive for our boy!! Thank you, will definitely always be using Woodall when we visit my parents! Xx

First impression: it's tidy and clean. Few good shops and restaurants inside such as: WH Smith, Starbucks, BurgerKing, The Good Breakfast, Subway and KFC.
They got a good lunch area with plenty of seats at Starbucks.
You've got a Cash Point / Bank machine outside and another one inside.
There are 4 eCar charging ports / Grid service in the parking area 🅿️
Toilets are clean and it's not smelling like a pub toilet!

The staff member in duty was very pleasant and helpful. The range of goods was surprisingly wide for a service station . Good choice of gluten free/ dairy goods to choose. Really useful for a long journey
Fantastic services! KFC’s chicken was brilliant and Grace was lovely, very polite. Toilets superb, very clean. Keep up the good work
Hello I had to edit this as to reflect my review. I was on a 10 hour bus trip from New castle to London on my way to the airport. Our bus stopped here on break and I purchased some snacks and drinks. I came across a very tasty sandwich we don't have here in florida. It was cheaper then our travel center by a long shot and one of very few stores that didn't hit me with a crazy international charge. Unfortunately my next time there I'll skip London and go straight to Newcastle but if I'm ever back I will definitely stop here!
Perfectly placed between my journey of 215miles, always use this space both southbound and northbound. Need more food options and shops.
I called with my son who is in a wheelchair, never noticed before how steep the ramp up to the services are. Never noticed when on my own. He wouldn't of got up on his own.
Clean, spacious nice views and easy to get around.
Accessibility - good all areas. Free parking for disabled close to the entrance, level access through wide doors and toilets for disabled.
Food and Drink - enough choice for a quick or longer stop.

I would just like to say I travel up & down motorways all over the uk & Woodall is by far the best. The toilets are always spotlessly clean and the gentleman whom I have spoken to many times who cleans then in the early morning is always very polite & friendly, he needs a pack on the back does an amazing job. The overall cleanliness of the site is excellent staff are friendly ready with a smile. Which is more than I can say for many motorway services
Nice little services, toilets looks like they have been recently refurbished - Parking wasn't the best due to some new EV chargers being installed, but I believe this would be a great addition to the services.
Great new facilities although it could do with more sinks in the drivers shower room. Seperate female showers would have been advantage. Parking area not to bad although very small as with the majority of service areas.
I liked it that the men's toilets were right by the entrance as I find it difficult to walk far. They were really clean too
