Had a great time learning how to make pasta from scratch. Viki was really informative and taught us how to make all sorts of shapes in a fun and relaxed environment. We got the freedom to be creative with different colours and patterns, and we got to taste what we made there and then!

I attended a pasta making class last weekend and absolutely loved it. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the class as there were a wide range of options to create and plenty of equipment for each person there. The light lunch provided was delicious and I loved that Viki cooked our own creations to try at the end of the class with a range of sauces to choose from. As a novice cook I found the whole class easy to follow and I was able to get creative with the different pasta shapes shown to us. Viki was really friendly and knowledgeable about different ways you could add flavours and extra nutrition to the pasta. I would definitely recommend it!

Ran a great and really fun pasta making workshop for our team. Twiddle are really responsive to emails, will act on suggestions and will go above and beyond on the day to make sure everyone has a lovely time. We had a team challenge to make something we all liked out of pasta, so we made a teacup to represent a warm cuppa after an autumnal walk (along with many other more traditional shapes).

Viki was very helpful and has lots of knowledge about the creation of different types of pasta, this helped make the class easy to follow and lots of fun. A nice little bonus is that she cooked up some of the pasta we made so we could try it and take the rest home with us. Would definitely recommend!

Attending the pasta making class was an enriching and delightful experience that exceeded all my expectations. The ambiance of the restaurant the class took place was warm and welcoming, setting the stage for an enjoyable culinary adventure. The instructor's expertise and passion for pasta and cooking were evident throughout the class. Her clear instructions and hands-on guidance made the process of creating pasta from scratch feel both accessible and enjoyable :) What made the class exceptional was the emphasis on using fresh, high-quality ingredients. We learned about the importance of selecting the right flour, mastering the art of kneading, and the secrets behind crafting various pasta shapes. The interactive nature of the class allowed us to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with fellow participants which was fun :) Tasting our creations at the end was a rewarding culmination of our efforts, the flavours were outstanding! Overall, it was a wonderful class, I would highly recommend it for everyone :)

Real good fun, Vicky made it interesting and explained “how to” in a easy way for anyone of any ability to follow, not only do you get to sample your creations , you take some home to enjoy the experience all over again. Worth every penny.

Viki's edible gift workshop was fantastic! The welcoming, festive atmosphere (including mulled wine!) set the tone for a hands-on experience in crafting chocolate salami and bonbons. Viki demonstrated the steps live, making the process engaging and enjoyable and also a valuable learning experience. Overall, the workshop was a delightful blend of festive fun, learning, and the joy of creating delicious treats. Highly recommended!

I attended one of Vicki's nutritional talks about Gut Health and it was so informative. Viki is passionate about what you put in your body and the effect it has and she shared her own journey, which led her down the nutrition path. She is down to earth and realistic about fitting it in with the pressures of family life, giving a lot of practical tips. She is a very motivational and inspiring speaker and could answer all the questions! It's a very sensible topic and one we should all be addressing with our busy lifestyles and the ever increasing availability of faster food.

Had a great night discovering fermented foods with Viktoria, we tasted kombucha and kefir and we made sauerkraut which we got to take home in our own jar. Viktoria is very knowledgeable and a fun teacher.

Had a fantastic time at the Pasta Making Workshop with Viki. It was a nice and laid back atmosphere where Viki ran through the steps in making a basic pasta dough then after getting the basics down the different flavoured/laminated doughs that are possible. We were then shown how to roll, cut and shape the dough into lots of different styles and shapes - where we had some traditional and modern tools available to play with. We also had some great homemade snacks provided for us while waiting for the dough to rest and ate a batch of our freshly made pasta with a choice of homemade pesto at the end for lunch which was fantastic! Viki was really knowledgeable - sharing recipe tips, answering any questions, and was always happy to help if struggling with anything. I'll definitely be making more pasta at home and I'd definitely recommend the workshop to anyone!
