Zucca At At St Pauls - Sheffield - Photo album

Had a training day here. The room had no window onto the outside world, was dimly lit and had a crazy pattern carpet. One of the chairs I sat in was faulty and I nearly went over backwards. The coffee provided was perhaps the weakest I have ever tasted. The entrance hall is very nice open and airy;
Very good, simple check in the room was large and comfortable & the mattress great to sleep on. It was quiet and the temperature was easily regulated as well as the room being very clean. The room was a tad spartan -everything was well maintained but it did feel like it would be due a refurb/ upgra
We have just had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff could not have been any friendlier & polite. Our room on the first floor was very clean & had tea, coffee, milk & a mini fridge wahoo. We’d taken snacks for a midnight munch so that was fabulous & appreciated after our night out. Today we ha
I cannot comment on the rooms as I only used the bar/restaurant area and the meeting rooms. Nice hotel staff were friendly especially the lady who was bringing in tea and coffee throughout the day. Great location in the heart of Sheffield city centre. The conference rooms were clean and modern, gre
A really good hotel that couldn’t be in a better location, slap bang in the middle of Sheffield. Rooms are spacious, shower is really good - it’s just a shame that the beds are rather small despite a huge room, and the mattresses not that comfy. Also, the toilet water pressure must be the weakest t
I went to use the toilet but as I walked in through the entrance I saw crack marks on the floor , which was a bad hazard due to in case a young child walked in and tripped and hurts a part on its body … which I do like about it that it’s very clean staff are very friendly when I ask to use the bathr
We attended a wedding here but did not stay. After many hours of dancing and throwing shapes my wife's feet were feeling sore. I asked Robin at the front desk if they had any slippers. He looked in the back but couldn't find any. He took it upon himself to go up to the 6th floor and find a pair and
I was impressed- it was my first time in a Mercure hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I had a lovely room. I had dinner in the bar which was excellent food. I would use this hotel again.
My room was great. It was warm, with a comfy bed, a bath and a fridge, which came in very handy. The TV didn't work when I was arrived, but it was replaced the following day and I was offered a complimentary breakfast (thank you, Robin). I ended up having to extend my stay by one night and Scott
My best friend got married this weekend and the wedding party (including the family of the bride) stayed at the Mercure. There was an error made by the reservation team which resulted in some of the party having been double booked due to a miscommunication from the booking team to the bridal party.
Location is good. The hotel looks good and pretty. Staff are helpful and cheerful. However, we booked for a family of 3 but only 1 complimentary bottle of water available in the room and not even a basic biscuit. These are little things you appreciate even of you stay in a bed and breakfast more so
2 night stay while visiting the theatre. Great room with twin beds. Lots of room, view from room of winter Gardens. Bathroom has bath and walk In shower. Lovely staff very helpful. Breakfast lovely lots to pick from
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at the Mercure. Our Christmas 3 course meal was absolutely lovely and we all really enjoyed it. The food was great and the 2 guys behind the bar were spot on! Emily was always very kind and helpful when sorting this booking, which made it a lot e
