Visited F&B Drakehouse, Sheffield. The food was lovely, hot, arrived on time. All the staff were brilliant Rebecca, all of them. Special mention to Liam. He was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. He was great with our group of 11 year olds. Wonderfull evening had by all. Thank you all so much.

The good is similar in quality the somewhere like Bella Italia, but in my opinion, not as good as Ask when comparing the big chain restaurants.
The service was very good. Our server was efficient and competent.
Really friendly staff. Cant do enough for you. Food is good. Music can be a little loud for conversation and they sing happy birthday to people which is a pain when you have a sleeping baby but hey ho.

The atmosphere was nice. The music was good and the service was also very good. The food came quickly and I couldn't fault it it all. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the cutlery was greasy in places and not entirely clean. I pinched the cutlery from another empty table and that also had small spots of crusted food and grease on both the fork and knife. We ordered the boneless buffalo wings and you get two sanitary hand wipes so I just used them to clean the cutlery. So there was no problem really.
The staff were nice and friendly enough but considering it wasn't full the service was slow. Slow to be seated even though loads of empty tables and at one point I did think they had forgotten about us to take our order. When they did the food was quick out the kitchen and it was lovely all hot and fresh so it was worth the wait! Would recommend this particular f&b but as long as you are prepared to wait a little!
Lovely food and staff, especially our server Charlotte who was very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. She was very down to earth and wasnt afraid to have a conversation with us and make jokes. She was very polite and respectful but also smiley and happy. Couldn’t be more happy with our experience and will definitely be returning soon.

Went at a peak time without a booking and luckily got a table for 2, no waiting time. Would recommend booking and will do in the future. Welcoming staff showed us to the table and talked us through the menu. Our server was Ethan, who was friendly, polite and customer service was excellent. Food was served quick enough to say how busy it was and was of a high standard. Had a voucher through the official app which was easy to use and would recommend anyone considering dining out here to download the app for constant savings. Overall a very good dining experience.
Called in early evening as we had a 50%off voucher. Place was clean and well presented, staff friendly and welcoming. Had a mixed grill food good apart from they had forgotten to warm the mushrooms!!!! Wasn't a problem fresh hot mushrooms provided and with apologies and a bit of witty humor thrown in. Would definitely visit again
Came here with two hungry toddlers. I wasn't going to eat (admittedly I thought that there wouldn't be anything I would like.) However I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the crab bites and a watermelon and feta salad. It was great. The boys loved their meals, I was also pleased to see a good variety of healthy and interesting food for them. Not just deep fried stuff with beans. Service was friendly and quick, place was clean and inviting. This was a pit stop, but I'm converted, I'll be back. Good job!
