The hotel was nice and clean. Lovely location overlooking the river. Bathroom could of done with some modernisation as it was freezing cold due to the windows but it was a great stay.
Went for a Christmas meal so didn't stay in the rooms.The hotel looks good but is a bit tired in some areas ,staff were friendly and attentive.food was good but the turkey was a little overcooked but this tends to happen sometimes when cooking Christmas dinners on mass.
Comfortable rooms. We had a pair of king-size beds. The room had good space and did not feel cramped. The room was very hot when we arrived. There is no window to open. Only a door to the balcony did not want to leave a door open all night. Balcony had a great view of the Quay side and barges. Good

Room's are a little dated. Furniture a little tatty ( well used )and the usb chargers didn't work in our room. Fantastic views of the quays. Great service from very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
