1st time visit and defo be goin again lovely place staff welcoming and friendly service was lovely and fast. Will defo recommend to family and friends. We had the early bird afternoon tea scrummy bacon sandwich toasted tea cake and waffle with cream and chocolate saw. Washed down with a pot of tea. Will b coming again to try the afternoon tea with my girls nxt Time
Just had the breakfast afternoon tea and it was absolutely lovely! Fruit toast, bacon sandwich and to top it off a gorgeous sweet waffle with strawberries and cream! Never found a place that does this so both me and boyfriend really impressed! Definately coming again!
I just love this coffee shop, all the staff and the owner are very friendly. There coffee and cakes are to die for. Been going since it first started, wouldnt be a trip to Peaks without going there �

Lovely afternoon tea with my family for Mother’s Day. Super accommodating for my sister who is Lactose intolerant she had her own little stand which was so tasty. The scones were to die for and the staff couldn’t do enough for us! Thank you very much we will sure be back ��
Booked for afternoon tea yesterday with a couple of my work friends , to have before we started our late shift. The table was all set for us. We was given the choice of having the summer one they was doing but opted the normal one. The sandwiches was lovely and fresh , the scones was really nice better than some I've had at hotels, and the bite sized buns just finished it of nicely. You also got a pot of tea. For the price you paid it was well worth. I'm sure we will go back when we meet for lunch again for a treat. The staff was also friendly. Thank you.

So we booked for today for myself, my sister who is dairy free, my sister who is dairy free & gluten free & my mum who is dairy free for Mothers Day. I spoke to the fb chat to book & then went in to pay in full as we were advised because of the dietry requirments we had to pay upfront - which was no problem! I went into the cafè and paid, reminding the manager about each requirment & the manager noting it all down. Anyway, we arrived today at appointed time 1pm, the table was reserved for us with flowers on the table - which was a nice Mothers Day touch. We explained about the dietry requirments but unfortunatley the manager was away so the cafe staff were going to serve my mum & sisters dry bread & ham & flapjack. I did comment that i had already arranged with the manger who had said all these needs would be met. I.E needs to be dairy free butter on the bread & falpjack is made with butter! So the lady in charge (Natalie) apolagised for the misunderstanding & asked if we could get butter/milk from Crystal Peaks. She immediatley sent another staff member to the shop to purchase the dairy free products. She made us a hot chocolate & other drinks whilst we waited. She then brought over our food which was AMAZING!!!! She apolagised several times & let us enjoy our Mothers Day treats! All the plates were empty & all our bellies were full, thankyou so much to Natalie who made our visit special & made us feel like we were no trouble being abit awkward! Awesome, afternoon tea. Sandwiches, beef and turkey with stuffing. Scone, cookies and cake. Very nice food, lovely hot chocolate. Great presentation and friendly staff. Good value.
Had a takeaway afternoon tea from here during lockdown for my daughter's birthday. Everything was fresh and we all really enjoyed it. There was loads so some of the cake was saved for the day after. Definitely value for money
Really lovely little coffee shop. Went there with my husband and baby. Ordered a mocha and cake on the coffee and cake deal. The mocha was splendid! The cake was delicious. We went in when it was pretty quiet and we really enjoyed our time there. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. My husband ordered a milkshake and it tasted like heaven. It’s right next to the library and bus station so it’s quite accessible. I highly recommend it.

This is a lovely little coffee shop. Very clean and a good range on the menu. The gourmet sausage roll was very tasty, as was the sausage and egg sandwich.
The coffee is nice and the homemade cakes delicious. Took a couple of scones to go and they were full of fruit.
The staff were very polite and friendly. We will definitely gi back.

Staff friendly nice/clean area we popped in for a coffee we had a Latte £3-40each which was delicious.We did not eat here so can not comment on food but it looked fresh on the servery but thought a bit pricy though.

Lovely and clean cafe. Good service with pleasant staff. Need more choice of gluten free cakes not only prepacked biscuit type things. Prepacked scones would be nice.

Lovely little place to eat. Really fresh looking decor and lovely food. We had jacket potatoes that came with a fresh salad, which was all nicely presented. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again when in the area.

This little coffee shop shouldn't be this pleasant, situated where it is next to the library outside Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre on the way to the bus station.
The staff are very friendly, chatty without being intrusive, and the coffee was delicious. Nice choice of food, too. Far, far better than corporate coffee stops.
A very relaxing break when you're doing your shopping. I look forward to becoming a regular.
