Decent boozer opposite the university. Good staff. Oddly folks still queue in a line for the bar. Thought we had moved on. Clearly not. Anyhow real ale and excellent crisp collection. What’s not to like.
Had a great pub quiz after a very long time.
A really nice pub with a lively atmosphere and a good outdoors space to match the indoors. The staff are welcoming and friendly the food is excellent and there's plenty of choice to drink. Unfortunately the name tells you where it's near which means no easy parking nearby but trams and bus stops are
Food was okay, although we don't recommend the fish and chips too well. Cheesy chips and sausage and mash were delicious and the beer was good.

This is a proper pub. Great real ale selection. Seating inside and out. Wonderful. Lovely, friendly staff. I wish it was closer to us.

If this were anywhere else it'd be the best pub in the city. Sheffield has a huge number of great pubs. This place has lovely aesthetics and a great beer choice. Inside and outside spaces. Great job.

Have been a few times now for the Tuesday Quiz and it’s always an amazing experience- good drinks and delicious food (free quiz potatoes!!) I’ve been served by Murray and Ben who were wonderful :) Will be coming back for sure :D
