Yummy food at a reasonable price. Pleasant staff especially Jenny at the cash counter and table service plus Richard the chef who did engage in conversation. No one is hurried to leave and plenty of food regularly topped up.

We went as a party of 9, food was great, it all came out hot and fresh, decent sized portions and we were all more than happy with our meals and deserts. Staff were very friendly and accommodated 2 very fussy eaters, nothing was too much trouble! Thank you Jenny and Andy, you're both stars :)
Beef and turkey were extremely good. Very small amount of cabbage and carrots left stood in water in the serving dishes, needed topping up sooner. Staff were very helpful.
It's better than the Stonehouse near us. The meat melted in your mouth, the gravy was full of flavour, and the cauliflower cheese was actually cheesy. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend the carvery š
Really cosy, nice ambient lighting, great vegan and vegetarian range. āGood to Goā roast from here was amazing too. Please just get some labels on that carvery of whatās in what if you can! Weāve been twice now and Felix each time is such a friendly great guy.
Ordered delivery a couple of times to the Hallamshire Hospital for a carvery fix. First time I've been in the pub today and the food was even better. Lovely carvery and beyond burger. Friendly & helpful staff
