The man in charge Sam made my evening the best, descended on the graduate on a Saturday night with 9 in tow, all requiring food. The food was amazing thank you Chef. The staff are amazing. Could highly recommend this place.. 5*
Came here last night for my team Christmas meal. Absolutely fantastic experience. Our table was reserved in a great spot away from the crowds. Table service was great and attentive. Each course took a little while to come out but they were crazy busy so understandable.
9 of us all had the 3 course Christmas meal and between us I think we ordered everything on the menu and everyone loved it. Only slight criticism is the gravy was a little thin for my liking but the quality of the food exceeded everyone's expectations. Prosecco a very reasonable price which is always a bonus amd a really nice bottle. Amazing night. Huge thank you to the staff at The Graduate �
Great pub. Beer well kept, food is superb, staff are great and the space is welcoming. As a Hull City supporter I have to say this is the one positive about Sheffield...Apart from beating the owls 1-0 at Wembley that is.
Visited The Graduate twice in 2 days this weekend on a visit to Sheffield for a music festival. Great place, especially for a 'student bar'. Awesome location - 5 mins from the train station and O2, nice decor and layout, awesome quality TV screens dotted around if you're into watching sports. Very reasonably priced, both food and drink and the quality of both was very high which is rare. Not just the selection of beer itself but you can tell they look after the barrels and lines. Enjoyed a late dinner on the Sunday and brunch on the Monday, the free water and coffee refills is a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful, tables & toilets very clean (although 2 of the cubicles on the Sunday evening had no loo roll in them). My favourite thing - the Tabasco sauce OMG it's amazing! Please tell me the brand so I can buy a bottle, or message me the recipe, or if it's homemade but the recipe is a secret then please send me a small condiment bottle of the stuff. It's my new fave sauce!
Beautiful pub and excellent staff. Enjoy the range of craft. My favourite place when I’m in Sheffield.

Went on Sunday 19 November, as we wanted a Sports place to watch the darts final. We stumbled across 'The Graduate, having been looking for about a half hour! I'm glad we did, as what a delightful pleasant pub all round! When we went in we saw there was 'American Football' on and no darts! We asked the gentleman behind the bar if we could have darts on, to which he replied 'No problem at all! Also they were serving food which we were looking for :-) and have to say the food was delicious, so all good there! Whilst eating and watching Darts we heard an announcement that there was going to be a quiz on ( we love quizzes , though wouldn't say we are fantastic Lol! ) So all in all for us, it was a perfect night..Darts, Food, Quiz, which we couldn't believe it when we won by a mere point! I also chose the right envelope, so had our cocktails that evening and came back the following day to use the rest of our vouchers up! Thank you for making our evening nice. It was lovely and thanks to all the staff for being so pleasant! Next time we are in Sheffield we shall seek you out and hopefully win the quiz again (if we're so lucky , ha ha) Many Thanks, Ian and Yvette.
Drinks and lunch before snooker good food a good selection of craft beer and the staff were very good changing the tv to the snooker will be there next year if not before
Great place to drink and even a bite to eat, we went before and after footie, friendly staff, clean bathroom😉And security who know how to talk to people.
We called into The Graduate before attending Footloose at the theatre and it's a lovely warm welcoming bar with a great variety of drinks and food. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed calling in and we return again in the near future.
Excellent pub grub have been many times, most recently we had a large sharing board which was far too much for two people so I asked if they would bag it up so I could give it a homeless person, not a problem to them.
Me and my friend went for a bottomless supper brunch here yesterday, and we was both so impressed. The drink selection in the bunch was bang on for us. The food was delicious also. The service was amazing! And was such a good atmosphere, we wanted to try someone different and it didn’t disappoint us! Would definitely do it again.
Me and my friend went here to enjoy a football game. We ordered some food and beers which were great! I love that they have a QR code where you can order and pay all by yourself, and the food and drinks will be served to you. Lovely environment as there was a quiz game for people to have fun in. Overall it’s a wonderful place to visit when you’re in town.
Staff very friendly warm welcome atmosphere great one downside I had the veggie breakfast and the veggie sausages were very hard they did offer to change them and said they would inform the Chef great that someone didn't take feedback negatively will definitely visit again
Went for a bottomless brunch earlier in the week and had an amazing time. Service was fast, cocktails were great and our server Drew was excellent and always served with a smile, she is definitely a credit to the pub. 10/10 would recommend booking a brunch with Drew.
Bottomless brunch was great, good food and good cocktails, service was only a little slow when it was very busy for the grand National. Drew was great looking after us taking orders etc :)

Probably skewed because of Christmas parties giving it a good atmosphere. Football on screens, all drinks £4 on a Thursday. Not enough staff to deal with demand but those that were working were trying really hard to cut queues. Decent beer on tap. A bit unloved inside, typical city centre bar but much better than those yuppie chains.

Been here a couple of nights in the past month and have really enjoyed it, not full of idiots like some Sheffield bars on a Saturday, relaxing and enjoyable experience will be returning more often will be giving the food a try next time, it's nice just to go out have a few drinks with the wife and not get bothered by drunks and idiots more places like this please.
Popped in to use wifi and facilities (and for lunch) and was very pleased. It was quiet but service was great - quick and friendly. You can order from the table (bonus if you're working alone) and the menu has lots of options. Nice music selection if you don't want earphones in and the tvs are showing sport, so even though it was quiet, I didn't feel out of place or had to sit in an awkward silence (like some pubs).
I ordered the halloumi tacos and onion rings - tacos were a fresh and tasty little snack and the onion rings were crispy, golden and hot! Overall, very pleasant for an at times very busy sports pub :)
A great bar with friendly and professional staff to assist you. Nice and quiet in the day time but I can imagine that it is the place to be in the evening. The bar area is spotlessly clean as are the toilets. Overall this is a well maintained establishment.
Serves food throughout the day. Prices are very reasonable and the food is of high standard, well presented and piping hot. It certainly has to have a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ rating.
Was very good, Drew was excellent but the manager was a bit odd. He stopped serving us Prosecco on the bottomless brunch. # chuff loves drew

Food is ok, nothing amazing. i would say for what u get, maybe a little overpriced, considering most of it is simple esy mid grade. Beer numaly ok agen some a little over priced but this is a ok bar ok pool table witch agen seems over priced go Thursday its best time for cheep drinks and a chill night
