Never had any complaints with the food when we're in the mood for the no frills hearty pub classics.
Waiting time can be a little longer than usual, past few times it's been down
Been her a few times over the years and had really good and really bad experiences. Most recent being one of the best visits. Seems staff actually want to help customers and the service really shows this. Previously you could be stood at bar waiting whilst they finish discussing their personal lives

We have been this evening to celebrate a special birthday. We were a large party and the staff were fantastic.
Pre ordered meals were all correct, boiling hot and all served together.

came here for food with my partner, we really enjoyed it as we don’t really adventure out. but after shopping around crystal peaks, we came in for food. the meal for £5 was absolutely fantastic and the food was delicious. also on the £5 deal there is puddings so we treated ourselves to a candy mania
Lovely pub well worth a visit, me and the wife visited on Tuesday and had the loveliest experience. Laura was attentive friendly and gave exceptional service.
