I have had the pleasure of a few meals here now, all of a superb quality. punching above its price tag, which is very reasonable for the quality of the meals. Friendly and helpful staff and a good selection of well kept beers. we will be back!

Went for Sunday lunch when we couldn’t get in at a nearby well known pub. The food and beer was very good. The vegetables were great and cooked just right for our preference - not cooked to death like other places. The Yorkshire puddings are excellent and a volonte. Service is a bit slow on a Sunday
We called on the off chance without a booking (party of 10!!) 3pm on a Saturday afternoon, hoping we could eat and we were not disappointed. Myself and my sister had a lovely meal last night. The service was excellent. Freddie was a very friendly waiter and looked after us well. We will be back!
Been a few times I highly recommend the gammon with a side salad great staff well kept beer and a really reasonably priced menu for the quality
Delicious food and they were very accommodating when we arrived as a larger group than expected. Some of the portion sizes compared to the price were a little disappointing.

Awful weather, so very welcome after such rainy weather.
I sampled a dry cider, others had coffee, all was very tasty.
We had a kids party here and nothing was too much trouble. The buffet was divine, and the space allocated was great.
