I can't say enough good about this excellent company. The cakes are delicious (we were also impressed with the gluten free ones), the service is outstanding and the website is very straightforward. I placed an order at quite an antisocial time and was surprised by the quick response. They really do care about getting the cake to you on time and looking good. There's lots of opportunity to personalise the cakes. Treat yourself and try a box!

I arranged a delivery for my sons 21st birthday as he was not coming home from university for his birthday. The process was very smooth and Keith & Jennie couldn't have been more helpful. The cup cakes were delivered to Hallam University with a 21st balloon attached. My son also said that the cupcakes were extremely delicious.

Incredible cupcakes AND customer service!! I ordered cupcakes from Cupcake Time for a friend who was having a tough time. The order was fairly last-minute, but Jennie and Keith were very responsive and accommodating. I messed up a number on my friend’s address, so they initially weren’t able to deliver — however they called me, and my friend, and went back a second time at the end of the day to complete the delivery. I was so grateful, and the cupcakes were gorgeous! Highly recommend, and will absolutely be ordering from them again!
