Went to Eggos cafe for the first time on Sunday morning for a lovely relaxed breakfast. We had the smoked haddock omelette and Eggs Benedict. Both delightful and beautifully presented. Staff friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to make this place a regular place!

Popped in today as we were just driving past and were very hungry. They were offering a Sunday roast but we were on the run so the kind owner made us both a delicious hot roast pork sandwich with loads of extras including delicious roast potatoes and a couple of free mince pies. He was so lovely and told us all about his themed nights like burger night etc and was truly passionate about his business and it truly shows in the food. Support local and eat here - you won’t regret it!

This is a lovely little cafe that provides Delicious homemade cakes. The presentation of the food was really good, as was the interior and decor. The staff were very welcoming and friendly towards us, and I would go again if ever in the area

Love eggos, loved it b4 pandemic love it now they do takeaway only. Proper café, with the requisite friendly staff, humble bacon sarnies as good as anything in Sheffield, looking forward to trying out Friday burger night come the new year.

Small but very friendly cafe. The food is lovingly cooked to order so be patient. Medium size Menu (some changes shortly see below) but very good and some unusual meals. They also do a mixed variety of takeaway food, which is popular with work people. Prices average so that's great. They are usually willing to put together food to suit if they have the ingredients. Friends use the cafe for coffee and different brekkies 5/6 days a week after walking their dogs. 3 tables outside for when the weather allows. Inside different size homley tables. Walls filled with canvases and pics, Nic Nacs and a book case of items and home made cards to buy making it a nice atmosphere. It's just a friendly welcoming cafe. Matt has taken over from Bob (His Dad) who helps out occasionally and cooks the meats etc fur Sunday Lunches and also lovely cakes with Lynn, Matt's Mother (whole cakes can be ordered) Sophie now makes delicious cakes and cookies also. Both Bob and Matt have worked as chefs elsewhere. Sophie (Matt's partner) now does the front of house, drinks and orders etc. Rachel (Matts sister) who has taken a break for her new little Son but helps out when she can, so it is a lovely family business always trying their best to please everyone. Bistro Nights are becoming very popular due to the great menus and well cooked and presented food they have a great one coming up on Valentine's Night 2019 You must give them a try. Usually Open Tuesday to Sunday inclusive from approx 9am until about 2.00/ 2.30 now 4pm Sundays as they do a wonderful Sunday lunch with usually 3 meat choices and served with a dish of fresh veg and wonderful gravy. It is best to book a table as Sunday they had to ask people if they could come back at whatever time or book for next week, serving times approx 12.00noon to 4pm. Will keep you posted of opening times will ask on Thursday when l next go in Angie

This ain't your "grab a quick bite and go" kinda place. This is your "relax, take it easy, meet with friends" kind of place. Small and cosy with character, Eggo's has fantastic "proper" food and the service matches the fantastic food.

My husband thought the chips were to die for he would have liked to finish his beer battered fish finger buttie but it was smothered in tartare sauce which he hates so was a little disappointed next time he will know to ask for no tartare sauce the prawn sandwich I had with the fresh banana milkshake was amazing will be coming again the place was comfortable and the service very pleasant
