We booked our table for 7:30 and we were seated before that time and our food even arrived before that time! We booked our table online with the very daft request of a framed Danny DeVito picture which was met. We were over the moon. It really made our night and gave us a good laugh. The staff are very friendly and service is prompt. Our food was spot on we couldn't have asked for a better night. We will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff.

We always come here and it’s absolutely fantastic food every single time! We came tonight and it was quite busy but the staff were extremely helpful, made sure everything was alright for us, ensured our meals were ok, everything came out red hot, cooked well and tasted amazing. I would highly recommend ridgeway arms to anyone I’ve never had a bad meal!� Thankyou.

The double dipped rib eye steak was cooked perfeclty. Lovely and tender. Add the crispy chips with the burnt ends and a nicely done mac n cheese side made an awesome meal.
Refreshing cold pints served in combination with pleasant staff for a truly enjoyable afternoon.

Had my 21st Birthday party with them and it was fantastic. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly and the dj they have played great music that suited my guests perfectly. Would recommend to anyone.
Had Christmas dinner here yesterday, great value for money, staff never stoped all day but still all very friendly and welcoming, Father Christmas even come round and gave all the kids a present, only minor negative was they were running slightly behind as the pub was packed; possibly considered staggering the sittings slightly different next year, thanks again to you all for a great day xx
Great food, went for the mixed grill and was excellent nice touch with it coming on a skillet always nice to hear your food sizzling away will definitely be visiting again!

I visited here on 3rd feb and Had a cute little date 🥰 night Me and mi amoré / Best friend and carer. we really do enjoy coming to eat here as the food is delicious, ill add few pics of things weve had over time as returning customers. Most Staff was friendly and helpful with everything unfortunately though when we arrived we had called that morning and reserved a booth table for 8pm and some other people were at it when we got there for our booking time but staff soon sorted it out.
My only critique would be, staff need to observe who's at the bar and the order they come in as we waited 10+ minutes as while we stood patiently 4 separate people came to the bar after us and got served before we did and then when they finally served me I told them I had a reservation for 8pm and when she realised someone was at it she proceeded to say cus of the table mix up too " you are 10 minutes late for your reservation" and I told her I wasn't late iv been here waiting to get served and to tell staff that we have arrived for our reservation. I will give the girl the benefit of the doubt as iv been a long time customer maybe she was having a bad/rough day or something as her attitude towards us as customers and just the huffing and puffing about was not necessary at all and made us feel like we was burdening her. I will be returning as I'm giving it the benefit of doubt, she's lucky we are regulars and not a new customer as they wouldn't have returned but as i have never had this problem before and I'm hoping to see a change in her behaviour/attitude but if she is the same next time, then I will directly speak to management and pass on her name.
Leaving this review on a quick note - 1 star was lost on service because of the girl and the other star on food was lost because the hunters chicken meal is absolutely delicious but them chicken breast are absolutely tiny and not suitable for an adults meal, a childs maybe but not adults it literally takes about 2- 3 bites for 1 chicken breast, you should seriously consider changing up which ever wholesalers you get your chicken from.
Thanks as always for all the delicious foods we've tried, next time I hope I can give you 5/5 on everything.

Visited on the 12th with family. Loved the food and the staff were so lovely! Martin the chef, Brandon & Ria. Highly recommend!
Beautiful building and grounds,huge carpark and very impressive beer garden with outdoor TV screen.
We called in Sunday dinner time and were given a friendly greeting by the bar staff, they served us straight away and we ordered three meals and a starter.
Within a couple of minutes of finishing the starters our main meal arrived. Both starter and the main meals looked great,were piping hot and tasted great and the waiting staff checked everything was ok twice.
Very impressive,a great experience, highly recommend and I would return.
Attended private function so only applies to that aspect, not main bar.
Function room on first floor, no obvious disabled entry/access.
Room was a good size for the ~80 guests, with private bar and two staff, so no long waits plus has a small dance floor area. Food, finger style buffet was excellent, both in variety and quality.
The only downside, hence 4* were the toilets (comment refers to gents, didn't inspect ladies) a throw back to the 80's, awful! Not clean, smelly, dirty with out of date facilities - very poor show. If they sort them would be 5* and heartily recommended.
Excellent pub! Really nice interior adding to the atmosphere, the food I've had has been cooked to perfection every time, there's a lot of variety on their menus as well as drinks and the staff are always pleasant and happy to help. If you're into sports then you'll love the big screens you can see from anywhere you're sat, even outside, without it being obnoxious for those who aren't. Guaranteed parking space as the grounds are huge. The function room upstairs is a decent size as well.

Absolutely brilliant service.
The manager (or who I think is the manager, man with tattoos) and the lady with him, also with tattoos. Couldn't do more for us.My family were incredibly fussy with what they wanted and they did everything they could to accommodate.
Couldn't ask for anything more, we had a fantastic bank holiday Friday.

Butterfly balloons did a balloon set up here with 4ft led lights, perfect function room for any occasion and friendly people xx
Great food, toilets are shabby and all was blocked but as soon as we told them about the situation they sorted it. We used disabled in mean time.
Vegan and gluten free options are fantastic 👌 deffo recommended

The service was impeccable, especially Megan, Rachel and Brandon, they not only did they make sure I was comfortable and happy but they went the extra mile to make sure my visit was amazing, fast service and all drinks came with a smile.

My daughter recently had her baby shower in the function room. Great service from start to finish. The buffet was great, and had so many comments from our guests on how good the food was! Would recommend

pre booked for 3 adults.spacious eating area.menu ok if you,re not too picky.we ordered millionaire,s burger came with fries but only 2 onion rings on the side,low and slow beef,came on the bone but fell off nicely as soon as touched and served with chips,half a grilled tomato and garden peas(spoilt the otherwise lovely meal by being hard and cold)chick n pick was a selection of 2 types of your choice of chicken(we ordered the chicken fillets and chicken tandoori)you get 2 pieces of each and had a choice of 4 dips (so i opted for the sweet chilli)served with chips and 8 onion rings.all meals were sufficient enough and enjoyed by all 3 of us.would recommend although the ladies toilets could do with being checked and cleaned more regularly.just over £37 for the 3 meals and just over £14 for 2 pints of carling and a j2O.all in all a pleasant dining experience.On the plus side is that you don,t have the staff coming up to you in the middle of your meal asking if everything is ok.would dine there again and recommend to others.

Went last week thought I'd leave a review as been positively affected by my experienced here and felt it right to, went with a few friends for food and drinks, food was delightful as it has been many times before, an incorrect item was efficiently corrected and everything was hot and fresh, table service by the young lad was great so helpful with everything, Megan behind the bar was great had good jokes and always service with a smile, both are a credit to your business - will come again soon!
