18.11.2019 We went for a family meal for my little girls birthday. What can I say. to quote Revell-Horwood: Fab-U-lous darling! Attentive, but not invasive staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great choice on the menu. Even my Sister in law, who can usually find something to complain about on meals out was satisfied. One of the BEST chicken tikkas I've had. Usually there tends to be a little oil on the sauce and I'm prone to mopping it with a napkin, not a drop when it arrived. Plenty of large chunks of chicken, generous portions of rice and chips and one of the nicest naan breads I've had for a while. My Wife's steak was cooked to order and the carvery was highly recommended by my Mother in law. Both kids cleared their plates, which is good and the dessert selection was lovely. Especially the choice of signature cakes. I had fruit crumble with cream. The crumble was crumbly, rather than gluey as has happened in the past at other venues (microwave methinks) and the fruit had just the right balance of sweet and tart. We will definitely be returning.

We arrived earlier than our booking, which the staff were very good about. Had we arrived at our booking time, the place was really busy. Our meals were excellent, a carvery & 2 different burger meals. Staff were excellent at clearing the table when we'd finished eating. Portion sizes were very good, especially the carvery. Prices were reasonable.

Very warm and welcoming atmosphere, our server was Chilli, she was very professional and was fast with out service. We came in for breakfast which very affordable and plenty available. Will definitely come again! Especially to try the cake!

Lovely place to eat with the family. Very spacious inside with the option of indoor or outdoor seating. They offer a full variety of meals whether it be a carvery or something from the menu. The desert selection has got to be the highlight, though. There were so many different cakes and ice cream flavours to choose from, which they also portion more than generously (bonus for the sweet tooth’s). Staff were lovely as well. Highly recommend!

Booked for my birthday, the food was delicious but the visit was really made special by the host ‘Andy’. He was the best, even gave me cake for my birthday which is later on in the week! Thank you very much Andy! :)

Not been in this pub in such a long time, so we did, the Sunday lunch looked fantastic although we did not have that, if you can't eat what's on you plate that give you a take away to put the rest in, 👍the place was crowded with a few tables left for anyone walking like us,👍 the staff were friendly and our food was good,I had the scampi with chips and peas, my husband had the pie with chips and beans, the pie crust unfortunately was hard so it got left, good potion size, couple of drinks🍻the staff were really quick at moving our empty plates away which was very good 👍 all round 👍would go again😁⭐

Absolutely love this place! The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the food is great. They even have a dessert trolley going round on a Sunday that has some amazing treats on! I was served by Beth at the bar, she was very smiley and chatty and the girl who looked after our table was Chilly, she was such fun. Would highly recommend this place, the staff go above and beyond for there customers what more could you ask for..

Me & my husband have just visited here for a carvery and drink. As always the food was absolutely excellent. We live 20mins away but the journey is absolutely worth it because the food is superb. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always on hand to offer any help if needed. We have been coming here for the last 18months or so every week sometimes twice a week because we always enjoy it. We had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Landlord today and we told him what a fabulous place it is. Excellent Food Excellent Staff and the atmosphere is so lovely. Extremely clean and very well looked after place. Love our regular visits here. Thank you to everyone who works at Monksbridge Farm in Dinnington. Mrs Porter & hubby

Fantastic meal. Really great food and decent size portions. The surf and turf was lovely. The pie was big ans cooked well with lovely pastry. Array of drinks available along with coffee selection. Had the carvery before and that was lovely. Worth a visit. The cake selection is brilliant and you can take away selection boxed and bagged to enjoy at home. Slab of cake too.

Walked in as a table of 8 on a Sunday expecting at least an hour wait. Was seated straight away. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly & polite. Yorkshire pudding was my fave. Thanks for allowing us to have a lovely experience for our family get together!

Visited for breakfast on a mid Saturday morning...there were plenty of tables available. I chose to have the breakfast buffet, with unlimited tea / coffee. The serving area had all you could want for a hot, filling breakfast (inc bacon, sausage, black pudding, hash brown, 2x styles of eggs, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes & toast). The food was regularly topped up, as were the coffee / hot water flasks. The food was hot, tasty & filling...just what you need to start your day!

Called in a bit late for breakfast. They were happy to take my order. Excellent food (all day breakfast) and generous portions too. I was specially impressed by the young trainee (Brad) who was waiting on tables. Extremely polite and obviously good at his job. I will definitely come here again! Colin J

Big car Park which gets better. As we arrived and it was super busy. Get drinks and we will let you know when a table is free, we had not even finished paying for the drinks and a table was free. The wait for food wasn't bad at all. A good variety carvery with good cuts of meat and a generous selection of vegetables. High quality gravy. Take away boxes available if your eyes are bigger than your belly. Pudding too die for which you can take away as well. Good service and friendly staff

Really nice place, the staff were very accommodating, food was excellent! It was quite busy when we went and it took a while to be acknowledged and greeted when we first arrived. I was definitely given the impression that Monks Bridge Farm will go the extra mile to cater to their guests needs. Overall I would recommend and I will hopefully be going again in the near future.

Always come with our little one, the staff are amazing! Food is fresh and always nice. Our little boy loves the play area and toys. Beth was friendly and happy to chat and Ed always sees us in the morning and checks if everything is okay! Can’t fault anything

We usually visit twice a week, food is lovely and the staff are especially attentive. I would like to specially mention Andrew and Jack who always go above and beyond, thank you both. Plenty of menu choices and great portions. All in all good value for money.. To the manager, you have great staff and run a fab pub!

Carvery was really nice and Ashley that was serving the meats went above and beyond to help me as I don't eat gammon. The food was really nice especially the roast parsnip. Love to come here for carvery.

We came in randomly on Monday evening about quarter past seven, there were plenty of empty, clean tables to choose from. We ordered on the app but then we were looked after by Ashleigh and Jack who were lovely and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. Our food came out quickly and was really tasty and empty plates were cleared quickly.
