We went on a lunch break during the office timing. So ideally needed a quick food. This place served the food within time. We ordered pasta and pizza which was delicious. Service was good. Location of this place is perfect and we also got 6 pounds off on pasta yayyy which really great. They seem to have some offer going on right now. Loved the place.

Myself and partner was looked after by Luke the manager who was exceptionally attentive. He even went so far as to bring across a bowl with some tic tacs after over hearing myself and partner having a conversation about me having garlic butter on my meal! It really amused us! He took time to chat with us & due to my obsession with cheese, he didn't hesitate to come back to our table to grate me a second helping of cheese, he left shortly before us and we was passed across to Kyle who was also very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was fantastic. Thank you both of you! We will be sure to visit this particular branch more often as we don't get this level of service at other Bella Italian's we've visited.
Staff were really nice! Especially Mia #2 (I think there are 2 people named Mia) She was really kind and helpful and chatted loads while still doing her job. Our table thought she was outstanding and the best worker. Cheesecake is HIGHLY recommended by me and same with the Carbonara. Not much choice on the children's menu but you can order a smaller portion off the adults menu if you would prefer. Does get quite crowed so I suggest booking before hand.
Had a lovely meal with my friends this evening. Food was very tasty and our table staff, Conrad and Liam were a delight. Haven’t been to a Bella Italia in a while, and was nice to see they’ve kept their cozy atmosphere. I will most certainly be back again some time!
Me and my 2 year old went for lunch and had pizza and pasta. The waiter was amazing, really went over and above to ensure we were fine including doing a half and half pizza so my son could have some Margherita pizza so I could enjoy something different. The food wasn't bad but not great value for money, pizza was on the small side for £16 and the kids pasta was literally pasta with a basic tomato sauce.
I'm summary, service amazing, good average and over priced (especially for a quiet lunchtime)
Really enjoyed our first visit to Bella Italia, the food was great and there was plenty of choice. Food quality was perfect and portion sizes were great. Staff were very attentive and helpful, Hollie was our server and she was very polite and great!
I went to Bella Italia for lunch and it was great. Once I got there I was immediately seated by Luke who let me decide where I wanted to sit. After being seated Luke quickly took my drinks order and left me to decide what to order. When I received my drinks, which took under a minute to arrive, I placed my food order which also didn't take long to arrive either. Throughout my meal I continued to order more drinks that came just as quickly as the first, and it was very easy to order them as Luke was always checking to see if I had everything I needed. The food was also very nice and came in under five minutes. Everything was great and I will definitely be going back soon.
We were looking for diner in Sheffield Center and found this restaurant. We decided to go with the menu. Delicious food , very nice staff.

Popped into Bella Italia for something quick to eat and I was served by Hollie. Hollie you made my experience more than just a meal. You took time to talk with me about a shared interest and this was so refreshing. You helped me to choice something to eat which was also really great. I also observed how you were engaging with other customers and I thought 🤔 to myself, there goes a star. You delivered excellent customer service. Keep it up girl.
Came here for lunch at around 11:30. Was seated immediately by Konrad who gave us menus and came back shortly to take drinks. When food was ordered, took no longer than 10 minutes to be out infront of us. Perfect meal, perfect atmosphere, perfect experience. Would visit again.
Hollie was an amazing server and very attentive! The food was also delicious and came out quite quickly. The drinks were also delicious and they had a wide variety.

Lovely meal with the family visiting Sheffield to check out the city as a potential university option for our daughter. Fantastic service from Declan, he was polite, attentive and made sure we were looked after throughout our visit. Will be coming back.

Visited with my family on Saturday afternoon. Bella Italia is located closely to the Winter Gardens and Millennial Gallery in Sheffield, not even a 5 minute walk which is ideal.
My partner and I decided to go for the two course set menu as it worked out cheaper than buying the starters and mains individually.
He ordered meatballs for a starter and I ordered Bruschetta. We both thoroughly enjoyed our starters. I think we got a good portion compared to some places where the starter is tiny and massively overpriced for what it is. The meatballs were full of flavour, very very tasty.
I was really pleased with the bruschetta, I absolutely love mozzarella so this was a winner for me, again very tasty.
For the mains, my partner ordered the pollo cacciatore. Looking at the photo on Bella Italia’s website, his meal looks nothing like what’s advertised on there. I think he did enjoy his meal but I think it was lacking a few of the ingredients that there should have been. Again, a good sized portion.
I ordered a lasagne to share with my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of it when it arrived at the table - it was massive! It was very tasty, probably not the best lasagne I’ve had but it was still good nonetheless.
It came to just under £60 which also included two large lemonades.
We were happy with the food and experience we had there.
The only real negative I could give from our experience is that the children’s highchairs and our seats were a little sticky.
Hollie had brilliant service and helped when the table had questions regarding desserts, even when it was a table of 9.
