I have been coming to the nursery tavern for around 7 years now :) absolutely brilliant pub that takes on a bar theme at night on the weekends. Great food, friendly service and good deals! Would recommend

I love the Tav! What a great place. The student deals are fabulous. All the staff are lovely (especially Jess) and very helpful! Would recommend to anyone. However the haircut of one of the workers (Chris I think his name is) is rather questionable.

As a team we love Tav, and go in constantly throughout the year for both food and drinks; this year we had our Team Christmas Dinner there and it didn’t disappoint.

The Tav is staffed by an incredible and diverse young staff, all lovely. I'm particularly fond of the fatherly assistant manager and the way the staff is treated. Tav is always the best atmosphere. Great food, great drinks, great prices. Staff are all lovely and the lad collecting glasses is one of the smiliest people I've ever seen!!
Love coming to Tav, cheap student deals and great vibe. Had uni society special occasion meals here and food portions and quality is great. Staff are friendly and quick drinks service.

Lovely Bar Very reasonable prices. Jack was awesome. I mentioned my partner had an intolerance to Garlic which is not a main alergy and Jack went above and beyond making sure everything was alright for us.
Had an amazing time, we were served by this lad called Jack who gave us the best recommendations. my mother visited me earlier and we came to this venue, she loved the food and the vibe, definitely recommend to other friends and family
I had a wonderful experience with a nice girl that works there called flora she was so polite and had great dance moves. There was a chef called George he was fabulous! X
Came in to watch the football on Saturday, shame England can’t play as well as the staff here can pour pints! Keep up the great work guys, can’t wait to be in the beer garden for the euros!
Visit this pub regularly, great booze and the food is amazing. Had a lovely fish finger sandwhich today and a coors.
Always a good idea to come here, six nations, superbowl, post training, Christmas meal, food, drink and service is always great!
We go in nursery tavern with our residents from a care home we’re always made very welcome by Chris who serves us every time he’s so friendly and helpful no trouble for him to do us all separate receipts the food is always beautiful would definitely recommend it as a place to go and we will continue
