This was our first time eating at ponti's Italian but definitely not the last , we went to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday , we were very impressed with our server charlotte she was polite and friendly and more than happy to take pictures for us, the atmosphere was great and the food was delicious especially the pork belly and the tortellini, the tiramisu dessert was amazing, i noticed some reviews said the food was pricey but for the quality we thought it was well worth it and we will most certainly go again.
It was the first time visiting Ponti’s Italian Kitchen, a small party of four to celebrate a birthday.
I ask myself, what more do you want than great company, nice surroundings, where you can either eat in or out. Friendly staff, who were willing to provide a lovely service and delicious fun food?
We shared the starters, then everyone chose a different main course, before sharing the dessert.
Great parking, free and just a short distance from the premises.
A great night and we will be back.

Staff are friendly and professional.
Built to a high specification and with a relaxed environment it is the perfect place to have a quick lunch or a big family event.
The menu is limited but has something for everyone.
Limited for vegetarians possibly.
Food is well presented and delicious!
2 options for beer but good selection apart from that.
Amazing dessert menu and very nice fresh coffee.
They automatically add 10% service charge but do check you are ok to keep it on the bill. Slightly expensive but worth it for the standard.

The food is AMAZING! Pizza was on point with cheese, very nice and crispy: there's fresh ice cold drinks, really yummy classic Italian food in general, this really shows Italian food in prime, taste and quality. Huge selection on the menu! Risottos, lots of pizzas, pastas and way more! Desserts too! The place has fair prices for food. On Average 10 pounds for a main dish, or 19 pounds for 3 courses, or 16 for 2. If your looking for a lovely lunch or drink at the bar, I recommend this place very highly to you, this place does live up to its reviews, its everything you'd want it to be! You can easily spends hundreds of pounds in here if your not careful, There's lots of drinks, like fizzy drinks (coke etc) classic Italian lemonade, juices, coffee and way more! The atmosphere is really nice, with brick walls, posh flooring, nice furniture, plants, and loads of nice details! It really gives the Italian vibe, it makes me want to go to Rome and just eat pizza all day. The service was shockingly quick, they made 2 courses in under 10-15 minutes! Drinks were bought almost immediately, staff were nice, friendly, helpful and talkative!

Great place for events , I had my baby shower here upstairs in the small room. It was beautiful and so accommodating for orders and drinks and allergies. We've also had large family meals downstairs where they're accommodating for children too. I have on occasion when popped for lunch or booked with a couple of friends found services a little slower and staff can forget amendments and sides. But on the whole a lovely place to treat yourself too.
Been here a couple of times and both times have been good. Kids had sourdough pizza which looked well made and authentically Italian. Had burger this time which was well made though fries were slightly undercooked but still edible. Good service from the Italian waitress and the place itself is nicely done out. Look to have regular special night of including wine tasting etc.
Really nice meal. Popped in on a lunch time and there was a 3 course special offer on for 16.99 food was well cooked and delicious table service was exceptional with a very polite young waitress with dark hair in a ponytail, I didn't get her name but she was great. My wife's pizza came with real chunks of salami not just the thin slices you often see. On the whole I can't complain there weren't really any negatives and at that price for a 3 course lunch it's very hard to go wrong
Absolutely impeccable service, lovely food and a charming atmosphere.
We visited Fox Valley on a bleak, wet, and windy day; but Ponti's was a welcoming place to have lunch with the folks.
A three-course dinner for four with drinks came to around £180.00 and we all felt we'd had our money's worth.
Thank you to all the staff at Ponti's for making Mother's Day lunch a success. We'll see you again soon I'm sure.
My pasta dish was lovely and my dessert was so delicious (tiramissu - definitely order that!). The whole restaurant had a luxurious feel and felt welcoming. I would happily visit again with family and friends.
Went today for my early birthday meal... staff were fantastic, so polite and helpful. And food was outstanding! There was a small mix up with the order. But it was handled, and didn't take away from the 5 star service. Mistakes happen. We will continue to visit when ever we want the best belly pork I've ever eaten. Well done 👏

We had such a lovely time here - the courgette fries are a must, we would go back just for them. I would say avoid the mocktails as this was basically sugar Syrup and ice. We ended the meal with a iced coffee (oat milk) and this was divine. They had a separate vegan menu to choose from which was a treat. In general the food was abit oily, but very tasty and we know for next time to ask for salad no oil 👍 staff were lovely and it was a nice atmosphere 💚

Superb! I was so excited to write this review. In a beautiful location, fox valley. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, especially our personal waitress. The interior of the building is amazing. Its almost rustic meets modern but its been done properly. Everything from the bar to the toilets and wine store (where they keep the wine) upstairs. All the food was cooked perfectly. The only minor criticism is it thought the starter was a little small but maybe that's just me. It all tasted delicious and im certainly trying to rush back ! Youll be happy to know it was all really well priced. I thought somewhere as classy as that was going to be a little dearer, which id have still happily paid for what they provided but it was absolutely spot on. Highly recommended.

Super place for a family party of 10 (age range from 1 year to 80+) Service was brilliant, lovely staff. Food was delicious, great choices on the menu. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The food at Ponti’s is always fresh and delicious. I’m vegetarian, and it’s nice to have several options on the main menu. The staff are very friendly, and it’s the perfect atmosphere for everyone; couples, families, friends, at any time of day. Highly recommended.
The 4 stars are for the staff that worked their socks off. The restaurant is a nice space. We went out for a birthday party, 14 of us. The ‘only’ vegan main was a risotto which wasn’t as it has cheese in it. The manager could only suggest taking the cheese out which wouldn’t have worked in a risotto. He didn’t suggest or was helpful in suggesting something else. Perhaps a pasta dish with garlic bread? My husbands prawn spaghetti had few prawns in it. I ended up with a pizza with no cheese ( I have an allergy) We thought it was expensive and nothing special whereas most of the other members of the party enjoyed there’s. Except for the other lady who like myself didn’t have a choice really. If you have allergies I think you’d have to be careful. The waitresses did try their best to explain the ingredients but it would have been nice if the chef had popped over to reassure.
