The Boathouse Cafe - Sheerness - Photo album

Amazing place! Took my 2 paddle boarding for the first time. They loved it. £5 each to put their paddle boards in. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back here!!
We went to go use the lake for SUP for an hour or two but decided to have something to eat as well. Both ordered Bacon and Egg baguette and i must say beautifully cooked and potion size very good for price paid. Well done girls cooking it so well when you were obviously rushed off your feet serving
Great little cafe in a delightful spot by the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food delicious - especially the home-made vegetable soup. Plenty of parking and a great children’s playground nearby, which was good when Junior became restless!
We go here to sit by the lake at least once a month. The food and drink is good. The Play sand area and pond dipping is wonderful for the grandchildren. We spent a whole afternoon here.
Nice cosy place, charmingly shabby. Food is good, portions are huge (see child's Sunday roast photo), prices are usual and less.
Lovely little place, nice fire in the winter.
As this post is sent it's early November 2022. I'm sorry to say since I first posted about the Boathouse Cafe, Swale Council has decided not to continue with the licence for this venue and it now has closed. A real shame as was popular. Swale Council is looking for someone to provide the same servic
Lovely unusual spot for a meal very tranquil in autumn months a big log burner going. Sunday lunch was delicious and very reasonable unfortunately due to the place being dog friendly a man came in with two huge dogs both soaking wet and they was very loud whenever the guy got up to speak to someone
Tucked down the end of a near dirt track, over looking the water, this old hut is really rather charming and eccentric in it's dacor but the food is good and the price reasonable. We expected little, from the outside, but we're charmed by this off track little gem.
The big breakfast is a must you do get a big breakfast for £6.50 high value for money. Very nice people work there Definately going to try the Sunday roast very soon .
Lovely coffee place didn't eat there but judging by looking around it looks nice food
Rustic cafe. Enjoyed a basic baguette. Standard menu. Fresh coffee. Overlooks lake. Outside seating. Dog friendly. Lots parking. Nice service. The Roast dinner (pre order) looked great.
I really like the cafe, happy staff even when busy, Swans outside....but do not touch. Loved the sausage sandwich.
Lovely staff... Great food.. Great kids area and free parking
Food was good and a lovely mug of tea. Quirky cafe with lovely staff. Perfect 1st outing for our puppy.
Service always prompt and I enjoy the coffee. Friendly relaxed place.
