Friendly staff lovely atmosphere quick service, perfect grub cooked to perfection!
Had an excellent meal here today. The food was excellent and great value for money.
The meals came quickly, and the service by the young waitress was absolutely amazing.
The atmosphere was really nice. This pub restaurant gives a very homely atmosphere.
10/10 I would definately eat here again, potentially making it a regular thing.
Car parking was easy and plenty of spaces. The garden area looked nice but I didn't use it as it was raining.
Excellent experience from start to finish, reserved table perfectly placed for all attending the party. Food first class and the staff prepared the birthday cake and even joined in the singing, making this an occasion for the birthday girl to remember.
Absolutely wonderful great staff, great atmosphere. So kind and helpful and the food was delicious. I came with my mum and aunty and I hadn’t seen them in months. Servers were so kind and service was quick. I recommended you to my friend and her family honestly will visit again it was so lovely
Our visit started slow we ordered using the app but it took forever for the drinks to come. But our visit got better when the food arrived it was fresh, hot and very tasty.
Lovely staff very welcoming, we were quite a big group with two people with allergies which they catered for brilliantly, young lady behind the bar was lovely, food came out at a reasonable time for how much we ordered. Would happily go again, and would recommend :)
The food was great and from the time of ordering and getting the food, it was done very quickly. I went there on a Wednesday night so I bought 2 meals for the price of one. Ordered the 8oz sirloin steak and it was well prepared and delicious. Also had dessert, a red velvet and white chocolate cheese cake, which was good but the portion was large.
It is family friendly with a kids menu.
The pub is clean and inviting.
The staff were really friendly, helpful and interacted with my friend and myself throughout the evening, making us feel welcome and comfortable.
The food was really good, only negative, there was very little bbq sauce on the hunters chicken, but it didn't ruin our experience. The sherry trifle cheesecake was delicious.
We stayed for a drink after our meal and sat out in the garden.
We will be visiting again soon.
Overall good - first drinks server seemed a bit uneasy with things, ie we asked for a taster of a beer on tap, and server wasn’t sure about that. However was very good at taking food order and reading it back to check everything was correct.
Always travelled past & wondered 🤔. Tonight went for a meal, impressed, much nicer than the outside suggests. Very comfortable & the food was good will definitely go again.

Great place to eat and socialise. Very friendly warm customer focused staff.
Good prices for food. Average for drinks.
Chips were inconsistent, some dry, some crispy, some not. Steak was tender and juicy. Would definitely return.
Second time I have been here. The first time I came I had a mixed grill and it would lovely today had topside beef again a very nice meal portion size was great and 2 for 1 on the mains makes it a very fair price.. Only criticism is the beef was just a bit overdone. The staff are very friendly helped and welcoming 😊
We came here for my father's 60th and it was fantastic. Amazing food, great atmosphere and lovely, friendly staff. We will definitely remember this experience. Thank you!
Ordered steak, medium rare, cooked to perfection. Was not rushed between courses, which I find enjoyable, as its nice to have a conversation with the people you're dining with as there's nothing worse than the feeling of being hurried to eat your food. Definitely worth 5 stars

I've been here a few times over the years and it never disappoints. Every time I have eaten here the food has been perfect! Great selection of beer and spirits! Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere.
