Nice food, really friendly and efficient staff, brilliant location. We sat outside late September and the heaters in the covered area were ample to keep us warm in the evening.
Only thing to note (and a minor one at that) was having to queue for a while to order food.
But still definitely recommen

Good quality food at decent prices. Stilton burger was excellent quality and dripping in Stilton. Han sandwich for £7.50 contained wedges of top quality ham and served with crisps and salad. Cheesy chips under £5 enough for 2-3 people. Very good. Only complaint is the queue at the bar to order so I

We had a fantastic meal at the steamer inn. The best restaurant in the area in my view. Order at the bar system which worked really well. They were very dog friendly and our little dachshund had lots of room to sit in the shade and was provided with water. We will be back :-)

Lovely place recommended to us by hotel staying in. This is situated on the Esplanade in Shanklin Isle of wight. No need to book just go in and get table if available. Very busy but still got a table. Food not too bad. Fish pie was nice but bit mushed up (no chunks of fish). I had chicken pasta and was very tasty. Service good and dog friendly too.
