Uncooked chips & dry burger no sauce & tasted burnt. I've actually had this meal replaced from Jamie & Dom. The replacement was excellent, quality of service & exactly what I ordered the first time. Thankyou Sara,Otford,Kent
Everyone here was so helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed my specially made Big Mac style McPlant with the big Mac sauce and trimmings!
I usually don't get it as close as a big Mac but the staff did that for me and were so helpful!

This has to be one of the best mc Donald's lady which served us was very friendly food arrived fairly quickly and the place was being constantly cleaned and spotless
The worker called Sam was really helpful and kind and handed me my food with a lovely smile and assisted me with what I wanted to order. Couldn't thank him enough!🫘

Honestly the best McDonald’s I’ve been to! The first time we went in to order and it was so clean in there and our food arrived quickly. This is actually my favourite McDonald's in Kent. Staff are quick when serving and they're polite too. Chips are always well cooked and crispy. They can get very busy, especially around 4pm, when most parents has just picked their kids up from school.
Food was hot and well cooked. Easy meal on the road with the family
Only visited the drive through for a Mcflurry but the staff I interacted with were all friendly and helpful
Update Christmas Eve: the staff are amazing here as always and there were some great bits left out for the kids plus carrots for reindeer

On past experience decided to use drive-thru as restaurant always busy handling orders for delivery. Seems this has knock on effect on drive-thru too. Took a while to take our order and we had to wait in car park for food to be brought over. Not really impressed t
