We stayed at Falcon Manor for two nights and had a lovely experience overall. Breakfast was included during our stay and it was delicious. We had the Full Yorkshire Breakfast, and whilst this was tasty, we weren't provided with toast as an option during our first morning but was the second time around - this is a little inconsistent. As we had brought a pet along, we had to eat in a separate room, though the aesthetics were still as impressive as the main dining area. Speaking of impressive, the rooms we stayed in were absolutely gorgeous and clean, including the pet-friendly bedroom. It was a slight shame that not every room has a fan available, though the draft that comes through the windows at night more than made up for it in my room. The staff were absolutely superb and friendly during all of our encounters. I recall one of the members of staff dashing around to prepare a room for an incoming guest and they were in quite high spirits, smiling and giggling as I had caught them dashing past. It's quite refreshing to see this positive attitude. In our experience with other guests, this seems to be the only aspect that's left quite up to chance. On one hand, we had a few pleasant exchanges with some marvelous people. However, on the other hand, there is an air of entitlement and rudeness in some others. During one of our check-ins, there was an obvious line to speak with the receptionist but this didn't deter a couple from walking in and heading straight to the start of the queue. Frustratingly, for us and others waiting in line, this sense of entitlement proved effective as they were seen before the rest of us. Overall, our stay at Falcon Manor was really a lovely experience and one to remember for most of the right reasons. Were we to stay in the area again, this would be quite a contender.

Fantastic place to stay. Great food and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Stayed for my wife's birthday and we couldn't have asked for better.

We had a two night stay in the Rafters Suite. A stunning room, with its own private staircase. The photos on the website didn't do this room justice! Really warm friendly staff who definitely make the difference. Breakfast was excellent and set you up for the rest of the day. Will be back!

The open log fire in the hall was welcoming as we arrived in storm Babet. Our room was cosy and the bathroom while small was much appreciated as the heated towel rail did its job. Bed comfortable. The evening meal was excellent and catered for a vegetarian. Good quick friendly service. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice Highly recommended

Had a great three night stay in June. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Food was very good, and it provides a great base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.

Turned up unannounced for a Sunday lunch and what a great find it was. Service was spot on, (Keelan (forgive the spelling) was professional and attentive) food was beautiful and very good value, the setting - stunning. Will visit again.

Attended Falcon Manor for afternoon tea after a family occasion in nearby Langcliffe. A nice tea with a good selection of cakes & sandwiches but lacked savoury items.& the tea & coffee was as weak as water to put it politely. A fine day though so everyone could relax in the lovely grounds of the manor. Returned here January 2019 for a family meal which was excellent. A good Sunday roast, the lamb & the beef were cooked perfectly & the vegetables were good as well. the only problem was the people who had the soup had to return it to the kitchen as it was cold but this was rectified swiftly so another star for the quality of the food.

We had our wedding and reception here on Friday 19th August 2022. We have to say that from arriving to leaving everything was perfect. The reception (Shannon) and all the catering staff were so attentive to our needs and they were perfect, professional yet genuinely friendly and caring. Gareth was …. Well it’s hard to describe Gareth, he is the best organiser and just makes you feel so relaxed with his professionalism and jolly attitude, nothing fazes him, and believe me I can faze people 🤣. As for the food, we’ll don’t ever loose the Chief. 50 people said can’t be wrong, everyone said that it was the best wedding food they had ever had! We are sending you our special thanks, one and All. Not forgetting the very honest Room cleaners. Thank you. We will be back (that’s not a threat) 😂🤣

Lovely rooms, very good kitchen. Beautiful interior but a bit draughty Personnel was a little busy and absent, but friendly.
