Periwinkle Tea Rooms - Selworthy - Photo album

Undoubtedly, my favourite place while at Exmoor National Park. The location seems from a fairy tale, the village is so pretty, the views are thus amazing. Service and food are great, Great options for tea time or light lunch. Coffee is absolutely perfect ( as a coffee lover I am very fussy) and th
A stunning setting for a tearoom! We didn't want to leave. Simple food that's well made. Perfect stop for a light lunch and homemade cake (the carrot cake was delicious). It was really lovely sitting outdoors in the sunshine taking in the beautiful scenery. Periwinkle is full of character and charm.
Set in an absolutely stunning location. Seating inside and outside and dogs welcome on a lead. Staff really friendly, welcoming and helpful and wearing beautiful Hawaiian style shirts (these made me smile even on a grey, wet day!). Food beautiful and homemade. A good selection on the menu including
Absolutely beautiful place and the food was gorgeous. The thickness of the cream meant I could understand the rationale behind the Devon scone method considerably more. Oh I suggest try the chuckleberry and whortleberry jam tooπŸ˜‹
This has to be one of the most idyllic settings for a tearoom. It's similar to something out of a film. Chocolate box thatched cottages around a little village green and amazing views. We did have a nice lunch here, but we were disappointed to see that they didn't do a ploughman's lunch anymore. Opt
Fantastic service and really friendly. Lovely choice of homemade food and cakes. The gluten free offering was amazing πŸ‘ the gluten free cheese scone was by far the best one my wife has had! Delicious scones, cakes and sandwiches!
Love this tea room. Always great light lunches and cakes. Fab views over the countryside and ideal after a walk through the forest walks.
An absolutely beautiful place to have a tea or coffee, with a naughty cake or scone. Also had soups, sandwiches and toasties on offer. The scones were delicious and very light.
Fantastic cafe, simple, tasty food. The garden is very relaxing. Lovely gift shop nearby. Gorgeous area for exploring. Well worth a visit.
Amazing location, looks like a film set for Lord Of The Rings. Friendly staff, tasty food and good value. Zero complaints and lots of smiles.
