It's the best place by far for breakfast and the staff are very helpful when I go in they with my kids who have special needs go back in they every year we go on holiday
I found Waves on tripadvisor and we were not disappointed..! We spent a week in Selsey from 30th July to 6th August and visited Waves several times. Even though there were ten of us and it was often busy, they always managed to fit us in and all the staff, without exception were extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was cooked really nicely and there was a good variety on the menu so everyone was happy. I would thoroughly recommend Waves and can`t wait to return again before the "summer" ends..! Thanks to all at Waves..!

We go into waves café almost every day, Adrien is a cracking person, fabulous cook, nothing is ever too much trouble for him, awesome value for money, great guy... the ladies staff are always nice, friendly and polite... We went to Selsey for a family break and went to the High Street for a walk. We found the lovely Waves Cafe and Sandwich Bar. It is in a great location and is clean and inviting. We went in and the staff were very accommodating to fit us all on tables together. The menu is great! Lots of variety and also specials of the day! I had scampi which came with loads of chips, salad and coleslaw it was delicious! My kids were very happy that they served burgers, nuggets, dinosaurs etc. Amazing prices! I was surprised. Our food arrived quickly and with a smile! We ate every bit and had one of the delicious deserts we had been eyeing up which are in a display fridge. We had homemade Twirl Cheesecake served with ice cream, my slice was huge I could barely finish it. We will definitely be going back to Selsey for another family holiday and will definitely visit Waves again! Thank you to all the staff that made us feel so welcome!
Waves was recommended to us before we came on holiday and we absolutely loved this Café sandwich bar, the food was fantastic, the service friendly and such a lovely atmosphere our 2 young daughters really enjoyed their dinners and puddings here and we cannot fault this place at all and will definitely return when visiting Selsey again for weekends away and when we are on holiday in the future! I will be recommending to all my friends and family.

Yesterday we attended a party where Waves provided the catering and all I can say is WOW... The food was absolutely amazing homemade sausage rolls, quiche, potato salad, Waldorf salad and that coleslaw was out of this world.. The Sandwiches, wraps and crudités where fantastic.. Thank you Waves... If anyone wants a caterer then these are your people.

This is, quite honestly, the best cafe in Selsey and the surrounding areas. Great food, lovely people, and a nice and bright atmosphere. Highly recommended. I am a regular and live in Selsey who frequents here a couple of times a month, sometimes with family.
Stumbled upon Waves cafe when taking a walk along the high street in Selsey. So lucky! We spotted a sign outside the cafe directing us to the outside seating area down the side entrance. It was a small decking area with just a few tables and chairs, but delightful. We were welcomed by the staff who were very attentive and made sure that we were ok during our visit. There was a great selection on the menu and it was all freshly cooked and delicious. So in short, Waves was an excellent discovery. I encourage you to visit as you won't be disappointed.👍🙂🌞
Looking for a nice bite to eat for lunch. We walked down the high street and loved the atmosphere coming from inside.
The staff were absolutely lovely, accommodating and topped it with a quick service. Food was 10/10 and served with a smile! My daughter loved the omelette!
