A great takeaway! We have collected our meal a couple of times and thoroughly enjoyed all the food we ordered. The gentleman who served me was courteous and the waiting area was comfortable. We will be back.
Happy Gathering is great. We’ve only ordered takeaway, but the food has arrived warm and delicious each time. I’m surprised that there are so many poor reviews. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the borders. Definitely recommend.
I cannot fault the Happy Gathering. I have ordered a few different things off the menu on a number of occasions. They are good portion sizes and are good value for money. The quality is consistent and well above par. The owner is a nice pleasant lady who always chats to her customers. Very high

As stated about 20 mins later my grub arrived. It was hot and jolly tasty. I also got a big bag of prawn crackers which I am munching as I type...
