Really like this place! The meat is lovely and if it’s not cooked to your liking they will make sure you get some that is. I like my steak rare and the waiter made sure I got plenty before it was over cooked. Only negative is they don’t have lager or beer on draft. Wine choice is good though. Definitely recommend for a meal out locally.
Went for our 3rd visit today and each time we have been, we have been very impressed! Delicious food, attentive staff and such a great range of choice on the salad bar! The restaurant was full today with a large party of over 40 people but that didn't reduce the level of service we received! The manager even checked if there were any meats we hadn't had, that we would like before we left! I cannot recommend the gammon and pineapple enough! �
Husband and I have been twice recently, once just the two of us and once with friends. All I can say is we really enjoyed both visits. The staff are friendly and polite, explained the system well and catered for our meat cooking preferences. One waiter even remembered us from our first visit, which was really nice. The selection of meats are good and never ending. If there is a specific one you want the waiters will bring it. The salad bar offers a good variety which is labelled for those of us with food intolerances/allergies. I haven't yet tried dessert, but my friend enjoyed hers! At £20 for a weekend meal, it is good value. Came home both times very satisfied. I even got a surprise piece of cake on my birthday �

A group of 8 went today for my dad's 65th birthday the food was absolutely amazing the meats were to die for and kept on coming.Also great choice from the salad bar,lovely friendly staff won't be long before we are back again.
Date night here earlier this week...really good, lovely friendly staff, great salad and buffet style food selection great for the kids, plus the never ending at-table service of various authentic Brazilian meats. We will definitely be going again...But just need to build up a bigger appetite first!!
Visited tonight for the first visit- 6 adults and 2 children- including 1 vegetarian. Great choice of food- the meats came thick and fast including seconds. Excellent service , really friendly , very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Mentioned on the booking form about a birthday and they gave us some surprises re this without asking. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back!
Visited for the first time tonight after threatening for months to go! Beautiful! The staff were very friendly, and the chef that served us couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything just to our liking. It was great value for money and very well priced, I would've happily paid more! Would definitely recommend it

From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel at ease. The service was impeccable! The food was perfectly cooked and plenty of choice. My 9 year old daughter isn’t much of a meat eater but was looked after by the gentleman (Eder) serving the meat, he asked what she liked and went to get her some sausages! The lady who served our table was lovely really friendly , polite and didn’t rush us once. Can’t wait to visit again!

My partner and I visited Caramaba Brazilian Steakhouse on a Sunday, attracted by the promise of a diverse salad bar and a variety of freshly prepared buffet meats. The restaurant ambiance was inviting, and we appreciated the intimate experience of being the only ones there - a strong highlight being the spiced pineapple 🍍
The salad bar did not disappoint, offering an array of options including cheesy mash, garlic bread, pasta, various vegetables, and nachos. It was a great start to our dining experience, and we were looking forward to sampling the buffet meats.
However, our excitement waned when we encountered an issue with the preparation of the meats. Despite my partner's preference for well-done meat, I had expressed a desire for medium-rare, trusting the chef's recommendations. Unfortunately, both times my meat arrived, it was well done, contrary to my request.
I brought this to the attention of the staff, hoping for a correction. Regrettably, even after requesting a second serving cooked to medium-rare, the meat still arrived well done. This inconsistency was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable meal.
In conclusion, while Caramaba Brazilian Steakhouse offers a pleasant atmosphere and a varied selection of salad bar items and buffet meats, the inability to fulfill specific cooking preferences was a notable downside. Improved attention to customer requests and consistency in food preparation would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.
Fantastic meat for the value, asked for rare beef and rare we got.
Drinks can come out slow, but a little reminder and they're on their way.
Flavour of the meat are good.
Knocked it down one star as the salad bar isn't great. But you can't have everything for a great value right!

Me and my husband go here atleast once a month,we absolutely love it and couldn't recommend a better place to eat, the food is to die for ,the service is fantastic,toilets clean and we always end up stuffed, the price is great also, the only thing I'd say was the service charge needs removing as people will feel like they can't say they don't want to pay it as they will feel embarrassed and mean for not doing, other places have the choice on the card machine so people have a choice in private. It just kinda feels like your forced to pay it and due to cost of living especially it's a hard as people can't afford it, other than that the place is my favourite place now and I look forward to all my visits x
Superb experience. Great food and not unreasonably priced. The service was excellent, despite it being very busy on a Saturday evening when we visited. One point to note is that the meats are extremely well seasoned, we all commented at how salty it was. Otherwise very tasty and tender meats, fresh salads, great service and good value. Hard not to love it, we'll certainly be back!
This place would be a solid five-star fiesta if it weren't for the cheeky little "optional" 10% tip suggestion at the bottom of the bill. Look, I love supporting staff more than a hummingbird loves sugar water, but just put the price up already! This is the UK, not a Vegas buffet where the waiters breakdance for their supper money. Nevertheless, the food was a samba of flavors, the service was smoother than Caipirinha in Rio, and the price is a tango compared to other Brazilian joints. So, I'll be waltzing back for sure, but just lose the tip tap-dancing next time, alright?
First ever visit great venue, great staff and even better food. With a party of 6 people and a 10% service charge was added (this is optional to accept) but paid it anyway. Will book again and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic Food! I've been to many of these Brazil Steakhouses especially in York and they just don't compare to Caramba. Perfectly seasoned and cooked steak and other meats (especially when the owner is at the grill) , super salad bar, great service, atmosphere and comparatively reasonable price. Keep up the great job!
Absolutely amazing place, if you like a lot of meat, and good meat, the best meat, this is the place to come. We had 13 different types of meat delivered to the table, without any delay, fresh from the grill/oven. The staff are very friendly and attentive, they want to give you all the meat! Had a laugh with our waiter.
