Fantastic home cooked food with amazing flavour 😋
Found this as visiting in the town. Excellent full breakfast, with top quality components; one of the best I've had. Fantastic array of tasty home made cakes and scones. Recommended and will revisit when next in the area.
First time visit today, a little gem. Lovely staff, who I believe are the owners. Good selection, my cheese and red onion scone was yummy and a nice pot of tea. I will definitely return.
This is a teashop at the corner of Sedgefield where I came for lunch with my family, it had a good range of sandwiches, panninies and toasties which all had a side salad and coleslaw, soup of the day and lunch specials and main meals. The cakes where to die for, with many varieties of homemade scon
Polite, friendly staff. Clean, tidy, homely tea room. Home made cakes and scones looked delicious. The tuna melt panin was lovely. Would recommended 👍🏼
Visited here recently with some business colleagues. We only had coffees but these were very nice. The place is cozy with very good service.
The owner is friendly and attended yo our needs.
Be aware they do not take cards.
We took grandchildren for a breakfast as a treat. Lovely, freshly cooked produce. Full breakfast to die for. Staff very friendly and obliging. Made to feel very welcome .
The coffee is excellent, best of the three cafe's, probably due to the fact they haven't sold their soul to one of the coffee franchise's and have retained a traditional beast of a machine that enables them to use good quality beans!☕ The fruit scone I had was homemade as was my mother's chocolate c
Really lovely cafe that has a really good choice. Had a coffee that was really nice and a piece of millionaire shortbread that was absolutely banging. Helpful and friendly staff. All in all excellent!
Excellent service lovely cup of tea and cheese scone with bacon red camerlised onion and Raspbery and white chocolate scone delious would defiantly recommend and come again

Fantastic as usual.....worth a two hour return journey to experience home made cooking at its best....always of a high standard...and reasonably priced.
Had a beautiful Xmas lunch could not fault it. The scones are also fantastic with countless flavours.

Fabulous food only problem is it's always so cold in there so you need to keep your coat on which is a shame as the owners are lovely.
