Heard good things about this place so decided to give it a try. Staff very attentive, food well presented and delicious. The complimentary expresso martini afterwards was well received. My only very tiny criticism was there could have been a little more light in the restaurant it was a little dark ( my photos would have been better too 😆) thank you Shukurs for a lovely evening
Service was fantastic, food was fantastic, staff were fantastic. This little gem tucked away in the countryside is simply marvellous. If you can get a table, grab it with both hands. Well worth it. A huge thank you to all of the team for a truly wonderful evening. THIS! is how it should be done 👏👏👏.
The pub was rammed and clearly they needed our table, but at no stage were we forced to shift out, however we told the manager we’d move. We settled our bill and left, as we headed to our car the manager came out to us thinking he’d offended us and had in fact prepared a space in the bar for us to carry on our evening. Where have you ever received that level of service? OUTSTANDING simply outstanding.
We went here for my dad's birthday, we loved it and it faultless in every aspect of business. Will be going back for sure!

Following a walk through the fields of Aston Summerville we came across Shukers The Queen’s Head, at Sedgeberrow.
We stopped for refreshments and so glad we did.
The staff were friendly and attentive, the Pub / Restaurant is inviting and comfortable and has a really good feel about it.
We then booked a table for the Friday and once again not disappointed.
Again staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble and the food was out of this world. !!
A special mention to Ali who offers the best customer service, informative and friendly, which comes across so naturally.
This “find” is definitely worth a visit, you will not leave without a smile !

What a find! Service was exemplary, we were given a very warm welcome despite the place being heaving with diners and people waiting for orders. Nothing was too much trouble and staff never stopped but that didn't prevent them from always making sure we had what we needed with drinks and food. Despite the excellent variety of traditional and chef's specialities, we requested a few tweaks and they were not a problem at all. The food was absolutely delicious. The paneer was clearly home made and had a sharp tang and beautiful texture. I had a dhansak which was fresh, with well balanced spices and my partner's balti was the best he'd had since he couldn't remember! The breads and rice dishes were of equally high quality. This was our first visit, but I have already decided to return in a few weeks time to celebrate my birthday, and I look forward to trying more dishes. With vegetarian, traditional and vegan dishes on the menu, there really is something for all diners here. Highly recommended.
Really fresh, tasty food . Very good service. One of the best Indian meals we have had for a long time. We were a table of 8 and all of the food came out at the same time, and all nice and hot. Will definitely be back.
