We had two great plates of food, amazing desserts all with stunning views.
Great meal and food in a beautiful location accompanied by good music and some occasional singing by the lovey staff :)
Lovely interior design. Café on the ground floor, restaurant on the top. Dogs welcome in the café but not upstairs. Good choice of drinks including smoothies (which were nice and not sweet). Food wasn't excellent but was fine.
Absolutely amazing place to stop for a coffee and lunch. Had the beach house Benedict and it's the best Benedict I've ever had. My Carmel latte was perfection too. Really friendly staff and very happy and cheerful which makes the experience even better. 10/10 would recommend coming here to anyone around or from sitting on the beach.
You know when you've had a splendid walk along the Cornish coast and you're umming and ahing whether to have a lukewarm cup of disappointing coffee or save your pennies and head home. Well this is a place that is definetly worth your hard earned cash.
The thick bacon and ridiculously yellow egg Cornish ciabbatta (£6)was out of this world and the coffee (with middle class oat milk) was delicious. To cap it all, the view from the upstairs restaurant was pretty decent all the way across to Looe Island. Helpful and accommodating staff capped it all off. We shall return.

The food was really nice (fish & cgips and mussels) the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and the atmosphere was very nice too!

Table booked for 5 people, food and service were both great. Table was on the terrace and the sun coming the the glass was a little too warm, could help with a few shades. But overall had a nice time

The restaurant is at a perfect location overlooking the sea. Kids were busy colouring, while partner and I enjoyed the views. The owner was super friendly and staff was very nice. When in Cornwall, I’ll make sure to visit the place again
Amazing food, all freshly cooked. The fish was delicious & the nicest I have eaten at a restaurant. The staff were very helpful & especially as I have food allergies. The chef was able to make a safe delicious meal, & I even had a choice of different dishes they could adapt. Would definitely recommend as they were the most allergy aware restaurant I’ve ever eaten at, & the most accommodating. A lovely place to go & eat & delicious food.
First time back here since new proprietors took over. A group of us ladies booked for dinner in the restaurant. Crisp, clean environment with a strong “beach” feel. I had the scallops to start. Absolutely outstanding, and amongst the best I’ve had. I followed with the mussels, and again, cannot fault the freshness of the product and the way it was cooked and served. Chips on the side were light and fluffy, so frankly, if this level of quality and service is maintained, I can’t wait to return with friends and family when they visit. Glad I’m relatively local so I can go back soon. Thank you Beach House.😃
We stumbled across The Beach House having tried to visit Looe on a Bank Holiday Monday and failing. We decided on a trip to Seaton and boy are we glad we did! After a walk along the beech we decided to visit The Beach House. On arrival we were greeted by Chrissie who asked if we had booked. We explained that we hadn't and even though she was running the upstairs restaurant by herself, still managed to fit us in. I had the broad bean and pea vegetarian burger and my partner had the fish and chips. Both were thoroughly enjoyed. We also had a perfect table overlooking the beach. Chrissie made sure that everything was ok throughout our visit and even made the time for a quick chat about local attractions that were worth a visit. We will definitely return to Seaton and without a shadow of a doubt will return to The Beach House having felt so welcome by Chrissie.
New owners have taken over so some of these reviews are irrelevant. Dinner in July 22. Local ingredients, cooked beautifully. Lovely staff and great location. You will not be disappointed 😋 Plaice was lovely and Pannacotta yummy. Fabulous view too 😍
Just had a Sunday carvery at The Beach House. The food was really nice, lovely quality and you get loads of meat. All of the staff here are so happy and welcoming! Definitely recommend. Plus - dog friendly!
We popped in for a coffee while walking a section of the coast path. Over 2 nice coffees and an awesome brownie, we had a look at the lunch menu and had a chat with Chrissy. The menu included some very tempting veggie options that we struggle to get in Cornwall so we booked for lunch the following day.
The next day we were again looked after by Chrissy and had a lovely long leisurely lunch with a bottle of wine, whilst watching, from our lofty perch, the people on the beach in the rain!
