Can't vault this place at all. Great if your looking for a Sunday lunch about 10 drive from Whitley Bay. The most importantwe point is this establishment is dog friendly. There is also a menu for your pooch. Well worth a visit.

This pub is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere. I really enjoyed the fun quiz here 8pm till 10pm on Monday night. I haven't sampled the food yet but will at some point. The patio looks lovely.
Great value pie and beer and pizza and beer offers. Really tasty pie and fab crisp pastry. Pizza was delish. Great service.

The girl who served us was excellent, so friendly and helpful. She even put extra logs on the fire when she noticed I was cold. The food tasted excellent but I thought the portions were on the small side for the price. However the quality of the food shone through.
Had Sunday lunch here a few weeks ago as they have a good few vegan things on the menu, kids and me loved the food so much my daughter wanted to go here for her birthday. Had garlic mushrooms to start and they had potato skins (best she's had ) fish and chips, pizza and meatless burger for Mains. C
