The Keel Row - Seaton Delaval - Photo album

We live locally but rarely eat out. We were passing last week and decided to go in for some food. I am gluten free and a vegetarian so eating out is very difficult. But they had a good GF menu. I ordered a cheese and broccoli pasta bake. It came with home cooked chips and salad and was really nice.
Clean and well-presented dining area that was quite quiet for a Friday evening. Nice food, cooked well. The steak of the mixed grill was a little gristly in places, the rest was excellent. Steak and ale pie was good. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food prices were reasonable.
The Keel Row is a lovely family friendly pub, dogs are welcome in the bar and children have their own play area indoors and out, also a lovely beer garden for warm days. The food is amazing a good choice of menu options and all at a reasonable price. You will always get a warm welcome from Sharon
The owner 'Madge' is great, friendly, helpful and runs one of the best pubs in the area. Family business with daughter running kitchen, great food. Decorated for Halloween and looking good, looks even better for xmas, lots on too. Child and dog friendly with good disabled facilities too.
Exceptionaly friendly staff with a good sense of northern humour. A good range of food and well presented and priced. No specific recommendation re the food as it is all good and we have never been disappointed.
Great pub, extremely busy, full of atmosphere. We had lunch here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were fantastic and the food was brilliant . Great quality and family-friendly.
Sunday lunch was lovely and amazingly the gluten-free one came with Yorkshire pudding. Service was good and it was packed so the atmosphere was nice. Will be back for the selection of gluten-free food available soon 😋
Really good value for money Sunday lunches and are delicious too. The staff are very accommodating, professional and friendly. My partner and I regularly visit to sample their menu.
We had X 3 various Paninis which came with crispy chips and salad garnish. Mine had proper cooked ham in, not the horrible thin processed stuff. All three meals were hot, fresh and tasty. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
We had a group of just under 30 booked for a birthday meal, 1 of which was gluten free. All food was so nice. I loved how the gluten free meal looked exactly like the other meals so the person who needed it didn't seem an odd one out. The service was on point! All the staff were so helpful and lovel
Visited with my 8 year old German Shepherd along with my 4 month old German Shepherd pup to get him used to people and being out and about...were welcomed happily into all of the bar area , treats available on the bar , was a great introduction for my young pup (obviously picture is not inside bar )
My partner and I eat here often , the menu is extensive and the food is exceptional. The pub bar area is dog friendly with a separate large dining area for those who prefer . The staff are welcoming and friendly . I would highly recommend the Keel Row.
It is always a lovely atmosphere. We didnt have food today but have done previuosly and it was delicious. The Yorkshire puddings looked fab as we watched everyone else get food.
