Decent little Fish and Chip shop. All of the waitresses were (The) Pretty Things and not a single one had Bad Manners. They came over and took our order promptly. It cost about £30 for two fish and chips, curry sauces and a couple of drinks. We paid the waitress at our table, I think she was a Blond
We have visited a number of times now, always friendly and welcoming.
Food is top level stuff, the batter is amazing.
You can even get poached or pan fried cod, have to say pan fried is equally high quality to the battered.
Food is superb I guarantee this will be in your top 5 best fish and chips.

I have never been in a fish in chips restaurant with so much quality! Starting from the staff that are extremely engaged, helpful and friendly. I could see that they served my family and I because they love that, not because they are paid for.

Better than expected! You don't normally get a decent fish and chip shop in this type of setting but very nice. I've been about 5 times now and every time it has been great with excellent service!
The fish I had here was sublime! Beautiful. Very friendly , swift service and really nice surroundings. I appreciate chips are supposed to be crisp and not floppy , so I'm not going to criticise, but for me personally I like floppy chips 😁. But I would certainly recommend. Reasonably priced too!

Codrophenia Dalton Park near Murton Pricey but well worth it. All products are cooked to order and beautifully done. Light and crispy batter, super sized chips and generous portion too.
Sides are not needed but there is a good choice especially the hand made onion rings. Tea was bland, skimmed milk
Must be the best cod bites and chips I have ever eaten. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the cafe spotlessly clean. Loved the Quadrophenia theme.
This place is popular. It serves a lovely sea food platter with chips and I got an extra butter Bun and extra curry sauce. The batter is light and not fatty at all. Beautiful.
