Me and my dad had a lovely time. All the staff were absolutely fantastic. Couldn't have hoped for better staff. Food and prices fantastic. Will be back next year. Thanks so much everyone 👍
I came in for a first date and the atmosphere was nice and friendly putting us both at ease. The bar staff was very welcoming, Chloe served us for most of the night and was very helpful from showing us how to order food to helping us at the rules of playing pool. I will be coming in again hopefully on that second date.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed bases need updating, but very comfortable. The service we received from the team was amazing. They are so helpful. The location is great and accessible with a Sainsbury across the road. There are many period features, and I hope they are kept when they have their refurbished.

Stayed for 2 nights when I came to visit friends in Scunthorpe. The hotel is very clean and well priced, the staff were all very friendly.
I also found the bar to be great, a good selection of drinks, very nice staff and excellent food.
I’ll definitely be staying here again.
As my husband is a magician and had a show in a nearby hotel and spa we stayed for only one night.
Staff were very friendly, food was excellent and the room was lovely very spacious and clean.
Have been working away for a few weeks and enjoyed staying here days at a time ... always looking to rebook here when working this way. Staff are great. Food is very good. Very good all round 👌🏼

Visited last week for dinner. Was served by Zane. He was very polite and very good with our little 2 year old running riot around the place.
The food was very nice (as always) and service was excellent. The most underrated pub in Scunthorpe, for me.
Stayed at this place for many weeks now due to work and very happy with it.
Zane and Julio are very welcoming and a credit to this establishment.
All the other staff are excellent also. Wouldnt stay anywhere else if I was in scunthorpe
