Nice staff and great environment. Food and drink of top quality as expected from Starbucks. Toilets are available but are only accessible if you make a purchase as their is a code for the door. Plenty of seating in a nice large area.
Asked for staff recommendations for a birthday drink and was pleasantly surprised when they didn't pick the most expensive drink on the menu but by far one of the best drinks I've ever tasted. Most the younger staff were stood chatting and giggling amongst themselves whilst leaving the more experienced to do everything from take orders, prepare food and drinks and wipe down
Nice atmosphere, a pleasant area to go to with a friend to have a chat. Can be pricey if you don't know what to get and/or you decided to go with a group. It won't cost as much if you know what you're getting and ready for it. The money problem usually comes up if you are getting something new. Please treat yourself from time to time!
(If you got to Starbucks once a month it may not seem as pricey especially if you get the same order. If you get a different order each time and you go every weekend, I think you can realise that this isn't good for your wallet)
So after a couple more visits I actually quite like this Starbucks now. Before it was quite bland and honestly quite dirty.
Over the last year or so they seem to have got on top of everything. The staff seem much better as well.
Fairly quiet for a weds afternoon, only had a cappuccino which was lovely and the staff was friendly too

One of my simplest reviews. They do great coffee served with a smile and the give your dog a Puppaccino (a cream-filled cup). Amazing. Why only 4 stars; there is usually something not stocked up in the utensil area and tables could be cleared much quicker.
Service brilliant, staff really friendly, food great, great choice of coffees, overall great place for coffee and a snack.
