I ought to be completely open to start with that whilst I prefer to use independent Coffee Shops a Costa Coffee is a guilty secret of mine :) This branch is not particularly large, there is a much larger one just a few hundred yards away, but is convenient for the main shopping arcade, the bus station and multi-storey car park. I use this branch specifically because of the location making it an ideal meeting place when I visit town. Whilst not a large branch there is good seating both inside and outside. As for the coffees and the food that is available I'm afraid it is a case of if you know one Costa then you know them all.

Visited at lunchtime Quick service When I sat down with my drink I knocked it over spilling my cortado on table and floor.A kind lady quickly got some paper towel from staff and cleaned table.Staff brought a mop. A member of staff then came with a fresh drink!!!!! Thank you Costa.Sorry I made a mess

I like Costa coffee, this shop is on my routine Sat. morning route. Recently the interior been redesigned i like the new look. The main cons for me as a person in constant rush is no waiting area for your take-away coffee. So the area close to the till is very crowded. to be honest always was but now after "the lift" there is even less space than before. I'm not asking for waiting lounge just a space approx. 3mx1m where the customers who waiting to pick their orders could cue.

There are two in town centre. One in Parishes and one on high Street. I prefer high Street as it's a bigger coffee shop but both serve good coffee and other drinks. Are always clean and friendly staff. Other Costa's are out of town and just as good.

Lovely service each time I visited. Drinks were made to perfection. Plenty of seating inside and out. Toilets were moderately clean considering how busy it is.

Saturday 3.15pm..busiest day scunny has seen with the lights getting switched on, que to the door...but amazing staff. All happy, organised and hard working. Everybody got served in order. I was in there a good 45 minuets and not one unhappy customer, and trust me there were a lot of customers. Well done to all the staff.

Great coffee (the best coffee ever) and friendly staff and a great atmosphere atmosphere. The shop had just had refit and looks good although it's now a bit smaller.

Good customer service better than the big one on the High Street. They clean the tables and make sure customers check in. Better managed and organised
