Nice and clean. Staff very friendly and coffee nice and extra hot as I like it

Very spacious and clean inside. Has access for wheelchairs and toilets for male/female and there’s also one for the disabled clients to the back of the cafe. The staff were both courteous and friendly. Has a good variety of coffees and I had the mango latte very mouthwatering and there’s a menu near the serving area. Nice for a treat but price wise probably about average for Costa’s than say if you bought a normal coffee somewhere else and would be a bit cheaper.

Costa as standard, staff always nice. The atmosphere given where it is in town is horrible. Imagine having a coffee with your chavyest family members that still think they are in prison.

I like Costa's to come for a coffee. This building has recently been built, & it's very spacious, also has tables outside, but the Mochas, I've noticed aren't as enjoyable as they were before they built the new one. But saying that, it has plenty of room, & is pleasant. I haven't gone to their toilets yet, but I hope I will find them clean & sanitised. I went once & in their previous building & their toilets were in a disgusting condition, & I tried again & toilets weren't clean so I had to find somewhere else which I wasn't impressed with.

Popped in first time ever, I don't drink coffee but a leaflet offered buy one get one free so had a hot delicious chocolate and son had a coffee to take out, had to purchase the gorgeous Christmas buns as well 😊 the young ladies running it couldn't have been kinder as I was quite a duffer trying to order. A must visit kind of place. 🎄

Only visited this branch the one time but I was quite surprised on how far back it actually goes - very spacious! Pleasant staff create a nce atmosphere and keep a very tidy place to enjoy a lovely cup of coffee :) Will definitely wander up to this branch more often :)

Excellent employees and manager. Happy and friendly environment. Always an excellent standard of food and drink. Extremely clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

One of two in town centre. My preferred one as its bigger than the one near market and you can always get a table. Staff are friendly and service is good. Toilets are kept clean and has a good range of newspapers to read. All good.

I've ordered a hot chocolate and a chocolate sweet, but I forgot my card and didn't have any cash with me,also traveled quite far, so I had to apologise and leave without a drink:( just made a phone call,whilst inside, and was about to leave, when I saw a cup of hot chocolate and a sweet waiting for me! I could not believe it! What an amazing staff! Amazing people, nearly made me cry:) Thank you so much guys! really made my day:))💛

Went in for a drink and so my daughter could feed her baby...on the way out we notices that one of your staff was outside witha gentleman who had had a fit. She had already rang for an ambulance. As my daughter is a nurse she had to stop and help. The staff member told her boss that he shd onlynpay her till 4 as she was outside. Her shift finished at 6., please make sure this young lady gets recognition for her caring, customer service. And please don't Dock her wages for doing a good deed.. I would also like to say ty to another staff member who let me go back in a nd sit with my grandson while waiting for the ambulance... well done on the customer service in this store..

I started loving coffee like this down in London from Starbucks and then came back up here to find we didn't have a Starbucks so I went to Costa and they change their coffee themes each year (at the time of writing this it is billionaires drinks) and I love it. Still love Starbucks but I also love Costa
